About this house rental
Located in downtown Niagara Falls New York, close to the Falls, the Casino and the 3rd Street Entertainment District. A quick walk to all. House is spacious with plenty of room to spread out.
It is a 3-story side by side duplex and you will have one side to yourselves. The house is over a 100 years old and was abandoned for decades. We have spent the last 6 years bringing it back to life to share with you. We are permitted and meet all health and safety standards required by the City.

This was our first time staying at a vacation rental, and the experience couldn't have been better. This house was perfectly located; walkable from all the important points in Niagara Falls, yet just outside the crowded parts that it was quiet and pleasant. It was also within walkable distance from grocery stores, multiple restaurants, and the Canadian border (should you get the urge to escape north). The hostess, Carroll, was excellent. She was pleasant, and accommodating of a special request from us. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was well furnished, and the kitchen well arranged. Highly recommended.

The property was as advertised. Our family enjoyed our stay. The property manager was great! We loved that we could walk to the falls.
