Great value for the price, lots of rooms for groups, quick response time, secure, closeness to the falls.
Many damages, mainly the cracked kitchen floor (only because I feel like if I walked around without shoes on my foot would be pinched), was also surprised there wasn’t some basic kitchen ingredients, even just salt and pepper.

Comfortable and plenty of rooms and beds
And everything was clean
There’s nothing we didn’t like

Super spacious. So many rooms. Comfy beds. Easy to access entry. Conveniently located.
Motion lighting from the curb to the entrance would be helpful since it’s so dark along the very long cracked walkway. There was an unpleasant smell at entrance/living room area. Considering we were there for a special event, a full length mirror or two and hooks to hang clothing in some rooms would be useful.

The house was so clean, we had everything we needed and the location was good too about 15 minutes walk to the park.
There was nothing we didn't like just i wish if there is a bathroom in the first floor so we don't have to go to the second floor every time we need to use the bathroom.
