This was a great affordable property that could fit 16+ traveler's. Cleaning fee should be lower.

Very spacious, was able to secure both 1st and 2nd floors with plenty of options in what rooms to pick from. The kitchen flooring was very nice, a lustrous white gloss flooring made the property feel high class. The beds were very comfy. The WiFi was very fast. There were plenty of clean, fresh towels.

The kitchen chair was very brittle, when my son sat on the one in the upstairs level the chair actually broke causing him to fall on the ground, luckily he is only 25 years old and caused no injuries, I'm just glad it wasn't my Mother or Father, that could have been very bad! I would only recommend that the cleaning staff (which is outrageously overpriced at $190.00) check the chairs and other items to make sure they are fully functioning and give the property owners a heads up on any wobbly or broken down furniture, appliances, etc.

I'd rather stay in a hotel with 12pm checkout, breakfast and elevator!

Beautiful space.

The apartment was not specified that it would on the second floor before booking. Only after booking when I knew. We had to carry our disabled person up the damn stairs! Pillows are flat. Only 1 bathroom for that many rooms, crazy! Checkout time is too early, 10 am! We had to rush and clean and strip down the sheets which doesnt make sense.

The actual interior was as pictured, clean and bright

The area is extremely run down and dangerous. Surrounded by derelict abandoned and squatter houses, drug addicts, fights and that was at five pm. The back garden is unsecured, opens onto more derelict buildings. We couldn't risk leaving the two hire cars on the street. We had two children in our party who were scared and we were reluctant to expose them to further sights. We left and booked a hotel. When we contacted the owners Niagara Hospitality they responded rudely and dismissively and said they only had responsibility to see that the house was secure and didn't care if the area was unsuitable. So be warned if booking with them they will not disclose information about the area, and will take no responsibility for the fact that it is so unsuitable. I live in a major European city and am used to urban environments of all types, but have never seen anything quite like this area and certainly not sold as a tourist destination. There are other nicer areas in Niagara Falls and far better providers of accommodation so my advice would be to look elsewhere.

Very good

The place was well located really close to everything, grocery store, pharmacy, Parking....very clean and everything you need to cook. Very spacious and organized.

The porch could've been cleaned more or dusted. It has a lot of spiders and spiderwebs on the ceiling, side of the main door and railings. Other than that the place is ideal for family and friends

We had a great stay except that the neighborhood was a bit scary and would have liked more pots and pans and dishwasher

The property was clean and tidy

There were not enough pots, pans, utensils, dishes, mixing bowls and cups in the property. not enough toilet paper and paper towel. it would also be nice to have another television in the house and also a dishwasher would be great as well. Also, it would be great to create some parking space, maybe use some of the yard as the neighborhood did not seem safe enough to park on the street and the back alley was very scary to park on the unlaced area and leaving the cars back there.

The house was clean. Beds were comfortable. Rene was very easy to work with. one bathroom for 4 rooms is not enough!

The property is missing everything: lamps, dressers and closets, kitchen utensils, glasses, mirrors. There is only 1 bathroom and they don’t provide soap for the shower. There is not even hooks to hang a towel!!! There is nothing to put your clothes on. The bedding is very old. You can’t enjoy the porch because there is no furniture. The location is scary… Niagara Falls looks sooo run down.

I did not feel safe.

during my stay of a month. the front door code was given to 7 other people. Who came in the house and I had to stop them. my safety was a grave concern. what was management thinking? I get housekeeping, but I should have been notified prior to their arrival. as far as other guest being given my door code was ridiculous.

The property manager was easy to reach and did try to help us as much as possible.

there was a little mouse that kept running along at night. I Chuck that to a typical NY thing? but there were a lot of flies when we got to the property. we killed as many as we could but there were still a lot

We saw a mouse in the kitchen!!!

The home was conveniently located to our venues. It has been recently renovated, nicely decorated, seemingly clean, spacious, and inviting.

There was at least one mouse spotted in the kitchen and mice droppings found on the kitchen counter! My sister heard a mouse in her bedroom. This is absolutely unacceptable and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, there were flies in the home when we arrived. We killed 2, and thought there were no more, but more appeared. There were no accomodations to hang or store our clothing. No closets, no hanging hooks in the bedrooms or bathroom made it extremely inconvenient to dress, and prepare for getting dressed. There was only one set of drawers in one of the bedrooms. Finally, the front porch steps were very high and not easy to climb. We would have rated this home a 9 were it not for the above issues. We strongly recommend the owner address the mice and storage space issues immediately!

This was a fabulous place close to the falls and all activities. Was very quiet. Loved Cleanliness and location approximate to park and groceries..

The neighborhood looked a little rough and can opener did not work. Need some hand towels for kitchen and bigger fry pan. All dishes wet when we got there

Exceptional

It is a beautiful house, I would describe it as a jewel in the middle of rocks. Don't judge the houses around it as to how the house is actually. Very quaint, quiet.

Parking was a little bit of an issue because we had to bring 2 vehicles for our trip, so it was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker to keep us from staying again if we were to come back to Niagra. Another thing is not being able to access the house from the back of the house where we parked. Other than these 2 minor inconveniences, there was nothing else.

Very nice, updated, large & close to the casino

This property had everything updated, it has a very large upper and lower restroom and kitchen. This place was outstanding! I would strongly recommend this to a larger gathering of 6+ people or splitting the bill with 2 families as you can have 1 family upper and i family lower and combine the 2 with the back staircase leading into the lower unit.

The cleaning fee is quite ridiculous. Spending an additional 190.00 for cleaning makes no sense. This is especially true for older folks that dont use these holiday houses as party places. We never make a mess and the cleaning most likely takes less that 30 minutes to clean. Completely useless fee and im sure this is used for some sort of tax write off, but again, this should be dramatically reduced!
