Nice and clean apartment, fair rent, large parking space, close to the city just 4 minutes drive to Niagara Falls State Park, close to the hospital, market. recommend it for all. Absolutely love to rent again in near future 👌🏻👍🏻🎉😍

Spacious, CLEAN, and well appointed kitchen for cooking. Missing minor items ( pot holders, t cloths, & dishcloths. )
A small coffee supply would be appreciated.
Close enough to walk to casino & falls.
Noise overhead. People walking around late into the night. Not particularly soundproof.
Mark address in the back lane & install motion light to enable safe parking & walking access if arriving after dark.

The home was clean and comfortable. The inside was spacious and updated.
The neighborhood was rundown, cars racing on street at night, the neighbors next door and across the street smoked weed and it smelled horrible. But the local police were present and helped us feel safer.
The home was very close to the casino, a few blocks away but do not recommend walking at night.
