It was a nice and cozy place, the beds were nice a toasty, I saw everything clean, heat was working, everything was ok.
There is room for improvements but the only concerning thing was the entrance to the basement is right next to the entrance door, I suggest leaving a light on or let the guest know that is there because the first night i stayed there i came in at night time and when i put the code and went inside in the dark i almost fell down the stairs because the door was open and it was dark but thankfully I didn’t fall.

Location to Falls and other places we traveled to. The Whirpool St side is lovely. The other end Pierce Ave is very depressed and doesn't give a welcoming vibe.
Location in relation to depressed area of the neighborhood. Lots of repairs/maintenance/cleaning needed in the house.
