Enjoy a peaceful 20-minute walk to the Falls along this picturesque path, or hop on the WEGO bus just 500 meters away. The suite is only 1.8 km from the Falls, making it a convenient and serene home base for your stay

This tastefully decorated suite consists of 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and living room area .
For the convenience of guests, this private unit has its own kitchen complete with microwave, stove, fridge, sink and comes completely outfitted with pots and pans. As an additional bonus, the hosts provide the basic food items for breakfast including jam, butter, peanut butter, hot and cold cereal, coffee, teas , cream , snacks .
INTERIOR
The bright interior of the Lavender Suite is tastefully decorated with modern decor and furnishings.
Guest access
Guests enjoy full access to the private suite, including comfortable cozy bedrooms with queen beds,fully equipped kitchen,living area, and private bathroom,driveway parking for 2 vehicles,high-speed WiFi, and smart TV are included. Private fenced in backyard with garden furniture to relax and BBQ. The space is self-contained with a private entrance for your convenience.
Other things to note
Abby's Hideaway is adjacent to a walking trail and guests can also quickly access Bus and Train Stations from our location . The Lavender suite is just steps from River Road . The Falls , Casino Niagara , Clifton Hill and many other attractions are within a 15-20 minute walk along the adjacent walking trail.
**Pet Policy**:
We welcome well-behaved pets at our Airbnb! To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, we charge a flat pet fee of $60per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep our space pet-friendly. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet

We took a one night trip from PA to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday. Verbo was clean, communication with the host was fast and very welcoming. Highly recommend. Close to all falls attractions. It is walkable but not super close. We used Uber to get around, it was way cheaper and easier than paying for parking.
