We stayed here for 3 nights and had a memorable experience. The penthouse was exactly as shown in the pictures, and we absolutely loved the place, especially the amazing view of Niagara Falls fireworks.The host was very friendly and responsive, providing quick answers whenever we had questions. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.We would definitely love to stay here again on our next Niagara Falls trip and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.

To start with the location can't be beat. It is within walking distance to the falls and related activities. This made it easy for us to see the falls every single day we were there.The location itself was very nice as well. It is located on the 17th and 18th floor of a hotel, but isn't a hotel room, but rather a private residence. This meant you got the benefits of a rather spacious living space with the benefits of being at a hotel like free breakfast and a parking lot reserved for those staying there. The living space was nice as well overall. We enjoyed the pool table and foosball particularly even though the pool table area is a bit tight with walls and pillars and such. There is also a spiral staircase to the second floor of space, which was fun, but also could be a problem for people who aren't wanting a lot of stairs.The only real downside to our stay had to deal with water. The A/C in the building had a lot of condensation and would drip down a number of places, some of which is starting to cause some water damage to the property. Also during our stay we had a bad rainstorm with a lot of wind which caused water to leak in from an area around the pipe between the kitchen and living room area. Thankfully this didn't last long and wasn't a huge deal for us, but hopefully these are issues that can be taken care of before they become bigger issues.

Excellent service very friendly. Had the entire 17th and 18th floors. Private elevator code. The view was amazing. We were right at the falls.
