Cozy 2-bedroom condo with WiFi and fitness room in beautiful Niagara Falls

This condo was much larger than we imagined and the view of the upper rapids was amazing. The location relative to all of the sights was the best part. We could walk about five minutes and be in the thick of everything. The staff at the Giacomo was exceptional, the complimentary breakfast great, freshly baked cookies and coffee in the lobby a nice touch, and parking handy. Loved the bathroom with amazing, HOT shower!

Condo was very large but could use a deep cleaning. The air conditioner was working overtime because of the heat wave the area was experiencing. It did start to cool down in the condo about 24 hours after we checked in. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were amazing! If we travel back to the area we would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with this property. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our suite had amazing views. We were able to see the fireworks every night at 10 pm. It was clean and well stocked! It is also in walking distance of the park, stores and restaurants. We would definitely return!

Overall it was an okay stay. The city itself has VERY little to offer other than the falls. We traveled 30 minutes each way to find things to do outside of the city. Food options aren’t very good. The condo needs more kitchen items. There were just a few forks and spoons. We expected to cook in several meals and the lack of essentials made it difficult. It could use a deep cleaning (bathroom) . The fireplace was nice and the view was great. My kids enjoyed the gym. Staff was friendly.
