the neighborhood is very nice, nice and safe and clean.. close to shops and main roads to the city..

Flat was ok and easily walkable location into town. However it really needed a good clean. Shower was dirty with hair and sand left in the shower tray, and the shower matt was dirty. Frying pan had been put away unwashed and was filthy, full of grease- it clearly hadn't been washed after use.

2 chairs not safe to sit on in kitchen area, flat was dirty we had to clean cabinets and tops before we used them, plug in bathroom sink not working and washer in kitchen sink had to be replaced , noises from upstairs Washing machine on middle of the night and music and walking around half the night
