2 chairs not safe to sit on in kitchen area, flat was dirty we had to clean cabinets and tops before we used them, plug in bathroom sink not working and washer in kitchen sink had to be replaced , noises from upstairs Washing machine on middle of the night and music and walking around half the night

It was disappointing considering the cost - perhaps that's just a reflection of prices in St Andrews

It felt like ex student accommodation. You could hear every movement from the flat above and people coming and going from the flats. The flat very tired in terms of decoration, kitchen utensils, shower. The springs in our mattress came through so the bed wasn't at all comfortable and the second bedroom was tiny.

the neighborhood is very nice, nice and safe and clean.. close to shops and main roads to the city..

Flat was ok and easily walkable location into town. However it really needed a good clean. Shower was dirty with hair and sand left in the shower tray, and the shower matt was dirty. Frying pan had been put away unwashed and was filthy, full of grease- it clearly hadn't been washed after use.

We would have preferred to be nearer the centre of the town but we knew that it was a little further out before we booked.

It's quiet location & available parking.
Location was a bit further from town centre than anticipated & the apartment decor was a bit tired in places. The entrance door is to the rear of the property & not at the front & this should be highlighted to clients.
