Excellent location, and we found the free car park just up the road. Neat and tidy well-appointed studio flat with a lovely atmosphere. Comfy beds and lots of clothes-hanging space and hangers. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom window was locked shut, and the vent didn't seem to work, which made it a little difficult to ventilate, but we kept the dehumidifier on most of the time to counteract that (and we emptied it twice). The only other small niggle is lack of knee- room under the kitchen island table.

The owner was excellent with her communication. Clear instructions on how to access the property were given, together with brief details of shops etc in the local area. The studio was bigger than I expected and I don’t think the photos do it justice. It was a 5 minute walk to St Andrews centre so a perfect location for exploring, bars and restaurants.

For the cost, there was little not to like about the apartment. The only possible negative was that it is situated on a main road so there is road noise throughout the day and no parking immediately outside the property. There are a small number of free parking spaces only a couple of minutes walk away but these can get full quickly meaning that cars need to be parked at the side of the road ten minute walk away.

Great little place in a perfect location to walk everywhere, a quick downhill walk from the bus station, approx 10mins. Supermarkets a ten min walk away for all your needs. Had everything you would need for a short stay, we stayed two nights. Property is what it is described as, a studio, so don’t expect a large space. Easy check in process with a coded door.

Has an adequate kitchenette for very basic cooking needs however no dish cloth or tea towel provided to easily clean up.

Needed update toilet corners dirty cups stained cleaning facilities lacking. No clothes or dish towels scouring pad dirty 🙈if you’re going to this place take cleaning clothes and rubber gloves.No place to put your smalls and tops but plenty hangers.
