Very clean / bright / well equipped and near Town Centre

Good but the bed made it just okay

The bed was very uncomfortable and a dip in the middle meant we kinda met in the middle of the bed. It was worse than a travelodge bed which is usually the end To get to the parking outside it’s very tight and sometimes street parking is busy - but that was known before.

Very enjoyable few days.

Lovely cottage, very well maintained, a home from home.

Only one thing slightly challenging was the bed, it felt as though we were rolling into the middle.

A wee gem of a place in St Andrews

The downstairs flat was lovely. Huge bedroom with loads of wardrobe space. The living area was really nice and very comfortable for the 2 of us. Kitchen compact but had all that we needed. Large bathroom. Parking on Main Street was a challenge, but at least I was able to get a car down the alley to drop off and load the car back up again on our way home. An easy 10 min walk, and you were at the bottom of one of the main streets of the town. All in all, a really pleasant stay.

We booked the property as it allowed pets. I did ask if garden was enclosed and it wasn't although it looked it from photos. It's not a gripe as I knew this before I went but a suggestion would be to fit a gate at the main entrance as this would then make it enclosed, just a suggestion but shouldn't take away the fact that it was a really nice flat and ideal for what we needed for our stay in the town.

Great place to stay but when heating is a problem with heating in this cold country it can put folks off booking this lo

Location great and liked the cottage style with garden

No gate at garden to the side road where dog can escape , could do with one , no gas central heating for a cold afternoon as Hive system played up and I had to contact someone in USA !to get a local maintenance staff out , no instructions supplied for the fireplace gas fire appliance , asked for extra bath towel as we were staying for more than 2 nights , again contacted again but not dealt with ,until I told call out for heating staff who had some in his van . Bit disappointing
