Set over two floors with a sunny shared garden to the rear, it’s a lovely choice for couples, friends or small families looking for a relaxed stay within walking distance of everything.

In the heart of historic St Andrews, you can wander to the town centre in minutes, with the beach, university and golf courses all within easy reach. Inside, the ground floor offers a welcoming sitting room overlooking the garden, with comfy seating, an electric fire, TV, video, hi-fi and a neat fold-down dining table – ideal for simple suppers after a day out. The contemporary fitted kitchen (refitted in 2022) keeps self-catering straightforward, with hob, oven, concealed extractor, integrated washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

Upstairs you’ll find two light bedrooms, each with twin single beds and good storage, plus a smart bathroom with a modern shower enclosure, WC and wash hand basin. There is off-street parking for one car to the side of the cottage on a reciprocal basis with the neighbouring property (one car parked in front of the other and moved as needed), although this arrangement can’t be guaranteed.
