Size and layout.
The bath towels were reasonable quality and appeared fairly new.
The property has clearly been well used with all furnishings pretty tired, handle missing from fridge door housing, blind at kitchen window not working, coffee table chipped, leather sofas worn (although very comfy).
Minor frustrations such as no hairdryers at all throughout the property, no tea spoons, mismatched crockery, one of the spotlights in main bathroom coming loose, light shades needing a good dust down - a bit ‘fluffy’.
