Enjoyed lovely break away with my family, lovely to have so much space & room for privacy.
Lots of space , comfy bed , great shower. Everything you need for a weekend away. Much better than a hotel break .

Apartment is pleasant, but absolutely no outlook and has the feel of a student accommodation.
Size and layout. The bath towels were reasonable quality and appeared fairly new.
The property has clearly been well used with all furnishings pretty tired, handle missing from fridge door housing, blind at kitchen window not working, coffee table chipped, leather sofas worn (although very comfy). Minor frustrations such as no hairdryers at all throughout the property, no tea spoons, mismatched crockery, one of the spotlights in main bathroom coming loose, light shades needing a good dust down - a bit ‘fluffy’.

Obviously an ex-student property and could do with a good clean. Spacious though,handy for town and beds comfortable.
Comfortable beds. Convenient for centre of St Andrews.
Dirty. We had to wash the plates etc before using them as there was still food on them. Kitchen tap was broken. Crumbs on floor and mess could be seen under the sofas. I presume it was a student flat as my son used to live in this building.
