The Space:

Explore this charming home Pigeon Forge, TN. With three bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a queen bed—and three bathrooms, there's plenty of room to relax. The basement adds extra comfort with a sofa bed and bunk bed. Disclaimer: Fireplace is non-functional and for decoration only.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms Perfect for relaxation or dining al fresco. Parking is available in the driveway, and the keyless entry system ensures convenient and secure access to the property.



Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.



Parking Rules – Plantation Properties

Driveway parking only.

Space for 2 large cars or 3 small cars.

No street parking.

No parking on the front lawn.

Failure to adhere will result in necessary violations being issued.

Important Information:



ID and Verification:

To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests)



Pet Policy:

Up to 2 pets are allowed on the property, with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay.



Guest Support:

Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For food deliveries, shipt dot com is available for convenient delivery straight to the property.



Sleeping Capacity:

The normal sleeping capacity is 10, but we allow up to 12 guests with an additional charge of $15 per night for the 11th and 12th guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.



Check-In/Check-Out:



Standard Check-In: 3 PM

Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.

Standard Check-Out: 11 AM

Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:

50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM

100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM

A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies:

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or additional needs beyond these initial supplies.



Smoking Policy:

A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Occasional Wi-Fi issues may occur due to service provider problems. The host is not liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections.
