This is the perfect location for exploring all that the area has to offer! We are centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and less than 10 minutes to the Smoky Mountain National Park. There is so much to do in the area, such as Hiking, Horseback riding, ziplines, waterfalls, sightseeing, and scenic drives. Or you can hit the town with World Class restaurants, dinner shows, attractions, shopping, Dollywood, water parks, and a fantastic nightlife, that you will never be bored! Or just take a stroll through downtown Gatlinburg for hours of fun and things to do!
Other Things to Note:
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
* Pets welcome - Pet fee is $75 PER pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Guests are responsible for any damage.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.

The rental was only a few minutes from Pigeon Forge (15 from Gatlinburg) but the road is risky. The driveway is on a sharp curve. When dry the yard is nice for kids or pets to run around but when wet you kind of sink in (which of course I know isn’t their fault). The back porch was enjoyable, we parked our car by it to give a little privacy from the neighbor right behind. They provided travel size shampoo, liquid and bar body wash, laundry pods, dish washer pods and liquid as well as a hair dryer. Pans were provided but all were scratched Teflon so I suggest still bringing your own. Limit is set on AC and can’t go below 68. Fans were dirty. When we arrived our sheets were dirty and comforter was drenched in fabric spray or something. I had to strip our sheets to wash and realized there wasn’t a fitted sheet only a mattress protector so I then had to buy a fitted sheet. When I stripped the pillow case a yellow pillow was revealed. We also had to move our pillows to the foot of the bed because the bed was at an angel. Floor was nasty. Only one mirror in the entire house so bring a mirror if multiple need to get ready. No drawers or dresser for clothes. Lastly the bathroom is only a shower and the head doesn’t come down (just fyi or anyone with babies or particular needs). Management was easy to communicate with and I’ve seen worse pet friendly rentals so overall I would say 3.5 if I could.

The house and location was great, only thing the tv didn't work in the one bedroom and no tv in the other two bedrooms. Overall peaceful and relaxing with all your needs met.

Creekside Retreat is a nice 3 bedroom home that sleeps 9. The place was very clean it appears to have been recently updated inside. The King bed was sooo comfortable and the pillows were great. I usually have problems finding a good pillow and bring my pillow with me but these pillows were great to sleep on. Dish soap and dishwasher pods were provided for the kitchen. There were only 2 of us staying here so not sure there would have been enough towels for 9 people. Linens and bedding were very clean. Laundry pods provided for laundry if needed. The place is very roomy and nice furniture and decor. The only negative thing I would say is the skillets are old 60's-70's teflon that is peeling off. We went to Walmart and bought a more up to date skillet to use. There were not enough glasses if more than 4 people were staying at the house. But if you are looking for a roomy clean place to stay this is a nice place. This cabin is 3 tenths of a mile from Gateway RV park.

The shower was dirty and the floors were dirty. Close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Easy to communicate with. I did send a message about the shower being dirty and never got a response. I did message about other things and the rental place responded to everything else.
