Had no idea on 3 floor. Hard to make stairs. needs cosmetic upgrades,. Floor in bathrooms caulking around toilets and tubs. Touch up paint on walls. Mire towels would be nice. Had to wash every day. Kitchen was fine but refrigerator leaks and master bedroom breaker kept throwing.

This unit is really close to Dollywood. The only issue that we had was that it was the third story and there was no elevator. Hard on old people.

The condo its self was great. It was clean and roomy. I don’t know if I overlooked description or it just didn’t say it, but it was on 3 rd floor and no elevator. The last sets of stairs on our end was covered in what I assume was dog crap, so we used different set of stairs. The parking was a nightmare to say the least. We would go back again but try to get a bottom condo. My husband has had a knee replacement go bad. The condo has everything you will need. The ping pong table was a hit with the grandkids.

Arrived at our unit about 6:30 pm on check-in day. The size and layout of unit we perfect for our families (4 adults, 2 teens, 2 children). Very spacious and clean for an older property. However we quickly discover this AC is not work. It was 84 inside the unit. We reached out to the property manager and maintenance came quickly. Maintenance told us the AC unit had JUST been replaced and they could not work on unit or it would void warranty and they would have to get the contractor that installed to unit out. We were advised by property manager that the AC contractor would come out between 12 AM - 1 AM. We found this to be unacceptable for many reason but primarily a safety issue. We had planned to cook dinner at the property this night but forced to go out to dinner because it was too hot to cook and turn on oven. The maintenance staff went above and beyond to locate portable AC units and fans to help make the accommodations slightly more bearable. They delivered and installed these items around 10:30 PM. Several people had to sleep in living room with windows open and fans going because we were unable to cool bunk room. We reached out to property manager the next day for new accommodation and got the run-around. We were told the AC contractor was coming to fix the unit; while maintenance told us the AC contractor came and motherboard on unit was fried and could not be fixed until after out stay. Property mgmt said they could not provide other accommodations.

Condo was very nice. Wasn't too happy about being on the 3rd floor, having to walk up and down all the steps. And it can get very loud when they have parties, so no quite time on our porch at night a few nights. But couldn't hear the parties inside the condo. Great contact with company. Overall we had fun. Cabin is very clean and roomy. It has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the company was great. Only downside is having to climb 4 flights of stairs. But we were aware of that at booking. We would stay again but try to get a cabin on the ground floor.

My bible study group stayed here for a Women’s conference this weekend. It was clean, well kept, with a great layout. Comfortable beds. Pretty views. Location is very convenient to Dollywood and convention center. Only negatives were lack of parking and poor lighting around the building.

The condo was perfect for us, it’s roomy for everyone. The children had a playroom and 4 beds in their room. 2 beds in another room with a bath. The primary room was spacious with a bat. Dollywood is located across the street from the community. The outlet stores are 5 minutes away and so is Pigeon Forge. We will be back great stay.

Everything was wonderful. The only item of concern was that the trash on the property was not emptied regularly, and it had a foul odor at times, and even though the lids were snapped shut, they were so full that raccoons still made it in to mess up our garbage which had to be picked up.

The condo/cabin was great! The location is very convenient to surrounding restaurants, shops, and shows. There is plenty of space for everyone in our party. I would recommend getting the stair well lights fixed; it's very dark and hard to see the stairs.

Some water bugs and fireplace didn’t work they did relight but went out again one thing it shares laundry room with next door condo wasn’t aware of.. and fire alarm went off one night for no reason .location was nice though.

This place was amazing! It was far enough out of town to feel secluded but close enough to get to things quickly. The first night we arrived (well after 10pm), had no heat and our fireplace would not stay lit. We called and maintenance was at our door in 5 minutes. He attempted to fix both and couldn’t so he brought us space heaters until someone could look at it the next morning. It wasn’t ideal but it worked for the night. The next morning, our heat was fixed! Our fireplace never got fixed but for the 5-10 minutes it would run, it was great! The shower curtains were a little moldy and the rods were rusted but not enough that it really mattered. The hot tub was amazing! The bunk room seemed like an afterthought so there were no plugins. This caused a slight issue but we made it work. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and WILL be staying here again!

GREAT LOCATION! AFTER A LONG DAY AT DOLYWOOD, JUST A HORT 3 MIN DRIVE TO THE CABIN WAS VERY NICE! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! THE DARTS REALLY DON'T WORK BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER. STOCKED WELL WITH TOWELS AND RAGS BUT TAKE ANY SEAONINGS WITH YOU AS THERE IS ZERO. THE POOL WASN'T REALLY ANYTHING EXCITING BUT IT IS THERE IF YOU NEED IT. ALL IN ALL A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

This property was very clean and enjoyable. The family enjoyed a few visits to the hot tub and being together in the sizable common area was nice. Having access to a washer and dryer was a nice feature. When we checked out the email link to our Eden Crest passport, we found some great offers for area attractions - that was an impressive surprise. The down-side was minor inconveniences - parking was a little challenging a couple days, being on the third floor was a bit of a work-out, and since the facility is rather large, the pool was a bit of a hike. If there was one thing that would have made the unit a step up, it would be the addition of at least a 1/2 bath. We had eleven people and two bathrooms. No problem sleeping 11; but getting everyone ready in the mornings was a challenge. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and the location. I would return to stay again. Thank you for a great week in the Smokies!
