We enjoyed our time at the house. There was more than enough room for a family of six. The home is older, but clean. There is not much yard space, but we were only at the house in the evenings, so that wasn’t an issue. Check in was easy, parking for 3 or 4 cars. Extremely close to everything

Perfect location for Dollywood and Pigeon Forge attractions. Quiet & secluded community. Check in was an issue since we arrived around 10pm and still hadn't received the door code in text or email. Had to call the afterhours help to get the code. The place had the space and beds as pictured but needs some repairs and updates. One of the couch backs was broken and made it uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen sink and counters were cracked through. Kitchen description stated it had basic spices and oil but it had nothing, not even coffee filters. Also was missing measuring cups. They need a binder with instructions for things like the TVs & fireplace.

Perfect location! Close to everything, but outside the traffic. The cabin was perfect for two families with boys. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. The cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

We arrived in TN & I got a message stating our cabin would not be ready until closer to 5 (check in is at 4), the property was nice enough when I asked & allowed a 1 hour later check out. However when we did arrive out the cabin, late as told to do, the cleaning crew was still there and did not exit until 6:45 pm. This was a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes past our original check in time. When you reserve these places you want to get all the time you can with your family. The cabins aren't inexpensive to rent and you do want to be able to enjoy all your time that you can.

The cabin was very clean and nice. Great location! The hot tub smelled and didn’t get hot so that was a disappointment. Overall the cabin was nice and I would stay there again. The check-in process was a total nightmare. We were considered a last minute booking because it was less than 72 hours from checking in. For a last minute check-in they required an in person check in due to lots of credit card fraud. I was totally ok with that. However I was told they close at 6:00 pm and if you are not there by then you had to come the following morning by noon. I spoke to the lady working when I was on my way and told her I would be there a little before 6:00 and she said that was fine because it only takes a minute to sign the paperwork. I arrived at 5:50 and no one was there. I called the after hours and the lady tried calling the office and said they were gone and no one could come back that evening. I told her we had plans the next morning and had to leave the cabin by 9:00 am. She said they opened at 8:00. The next morning I arrived at 8:20 am and no one was there. I called the after hours again and the lady I spoke to said they didn’t open until 9:00. I told her I was told 8 the night before and we had plans and I needed to pick up the rest of our party at the cabin any 9:00. She said if we didn’t sign before noon they would change the code to the door locks. I waited until 9:05 and still no one was there. I called again and finally someone in the office next door came to let me in and sign the paperwork. I told her everything that happened and she said they were supposed to be there at 8:30 and she didn’t know why no one was there. I told her that was the 3rd opening time I had been given and it sounds like they need to have a meeting to get everyone on the same page. I didn’t leave there until about 9:15 and had to drive 15 minutes back to the cabin to pick everyone up. So we were about 30 minutes behind. So I wouldn’t recommend a last minute booking unless you have very flexible plans.

Property was older,but very well kept. Very close to town which was nice. Checking in, and communications with management was excellent. Televisions were outdated,and hot water heater needed attention,but overall stay was very good. Price was maybe slightly high, but probably pretty accurate.

We had a fabulous trip to the mountains. Our family has been to Tennessee several times. Stayed up in the mountains and out of town. This is the perfect location. Your in a little secret hideaway close to everything yet a quiet retreat! Plenty of space for everyone. One day we even stayed in and watched Netflix all day and ordered food. Great location!! Also recommend eating at the Local Goat! We ate dinner twice and that was in the last two nights of our trip lol

Love the location very easy access to everything. The chalet was well sized and could accommodate more that a family possibly two families. Only downsides were the ice maker didn’t work, the bed made a terrible noise every time we moved, the sofa has seen better days and needs replacement, and the bathtub handle needs cleaning. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay and I gave it 4-5s. With a little work this could be great. We will keep this place in mind for our next trip.

This chalet was PERFECT for our family getaway!! We loved it so much, I plan to book again when we visit. It is so conveniently located to everything and secluded but yet not a crazy drive just to get up to your place. We enjoyed walks on the paths and my boys loved the baseball field on site. Everything about it was just so nice...and the fact that it was furbaby friendly was just the icing on the cake! <3

It was a really good stay, quite neighborhood. Cabin was as the pictures. . But does need a better clean specially shower handle. And please chance shower curtains they had mold.. and clean sofas or chance them they are old 🤔.... other wise it was a nice stay , good price and the communication with management it's great. We certainly filled this place to Max capacity and it was very enjoyable. The Foosball table and air hockey had the kids and teenagers occupied during the downtime between activities. Management was awesome considering that we had an issue with the refrigerator but they helped out and relieve the stress. Totally understand that things happen, and we were taken care immediately. We definitely look forward to coming back here when we plan another vacation with our family from Michigan. We drove up from Florida. Was the perfect halfway point for everyone with plenty of things to do.

The location of our cabin was just far enough out to feel “in the mountains” yet close to town. Was able to avoid the main street traffic by taking back roads. Perfect location for anyone visiting Dollywood! Upon arrival, management called to make sure our access codes worked and told us to call if we needed anything. We did have a couple of small issues with the cabin that were rectified immediately upon notification to the manager. They even called later to make sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. The size of the cabin was perfect for myself, my husband, my daughter and son in law and 6 grandchildren! Eden Crest was very easy to work with and provided great customer service! We will be back!

Our 2 days at Unit 4 were both comical and frustrating. I took my 15 year old son and 2 of his buddies for a couple of days. Edencrest Resort personnel were good, questionable, and OMG. 1. Staying on the side of a mountain brought back thoughts of the deadly wildfires a couple of years ago in Gatlinburg. So, to arrive at our cabin to find the road barely passable because cars were parked all along one side, was alarming. The cabin below us was huge, and there were about 6 cars and an SUV with a u-haul trailer, parked on this 2-way, winding mtn road. We were in a Ford F150, so it was a tight squeeze! I even offered to let them use our driveway ( one of them had parked there already, anyway). I called Eden Crest's number, but unfortunately the office was already closed and I got the lady at reservations. She 'didn't see what the problem was', and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked if she had heard about the wildfires in Gatlinburg a few years ago, that killed people who were trapped. She said if someone from security 'should happen by', I could let them know that I felt it was a problem. WTH? The next morning, there were cars parked on BOTH SIDES of the road. Not joking. We literally threaded our way between them. I spoke with a lady at the office, who had common sense to say yes, that's not safe or legal, and would pass the word that the reservations lady had brushed off my fear. 2. The foosball table had no ball, disappointing for 3 teen boys. 3. The chain lock on the front door is installed BACKWARDS, rendering it useless. 4. The large party left a huge pile of trash bags outside, which stayed there over 24 hours. In bear country. 5. About 6 feet from the end of our cabin was a big, sheer drop to a road below. I asked if the burned-out security lights on the end could please be replaced, so I could safely walk my dogs that night. Later, the maintenance man left a note that he had replaced the PORCH light... which was working fine. 6. There were blinds throughout the cabin, but NONE in the bathrooms!? The cabin was clean, pretty and comfortable, but my Lord. I won't ever be using them again. The thoughtful, courteous, intelligent office staff just can't trump rude, thoughtless 'so what if you all die?' reservations lady, locks installed backwards, and pitch black walks along a cliff edge.

Overall rating 2! Management told us we would be compensated for the pool it has been 4 weeks today and we have heard nothing! Workers at the site were nice and responded in amble time to request for garbage removal and t.v. fixed.
