Spacious 3 bedroom condo! Close to the Parkway and shows!

The Condo was great. Very clean and spacious. We loved the area and the kids had fun in the hot tub. Our only issue was the extremely high water pressure in the showers. The first bathroom shower near the bunk room was so strong that it would leave water all over the floor. Other than that it was an amazing stay.

My family rented this condo for Christmas vacation. 6 adults, 5 kids, 2 small dogs. It was very spacious, absolutely the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Immaculate, spacious, beautiful. However there were a few quirks and one big issue that would prevent us from renting it again. The electronic code box batteries died, not even upset about that one, it happens, I called the service number and maintenance was quick to come out. So customer service was great. They also called us a few days before Christmas to ask about kids and made them all little goody bags. These small acts mean a lot to kids. Two of the bedrooms had breakers and gfci outlets that kept tripping for seemingly no reason. Took us a while to find the gfci. The ceilings are paper thin and every time the upstairs people moved it basically radiated the sound downstairs. Gas logs didn't work. Water in the kitchen was froze all weekend so we had no water in the kitchen sink or dishwasher. I could maybe overlook this one because it was so cold that weekend, wind chills in the negative, but at the same time when you're paying over $600 a night I guess I would expect everything to be better insulated. We had tons of dishes from Christmas dinner for 13 people and had to wash them in the bathroom sinks. Now for the big one. The main exterior door opens directly into the bunk room. One could assume kids will be in the bunk room. That's the case for us. Well the only lock on that door is the electronic code lock. No inside locks like a slide lock or deadbolt. Nothing to keep small kids from leaving and nothing to keep the door from being opened by just anyone with the code. Maintenance had to come out early Sat morning and I was not comfortable with someone having the code to walk right in while my kids were sleeping. No shade to the staff but we all know what recently happened with a delivery driver and so you just never know. So I didn't even feel comfortable letting the kids sleep in that room which made it useless. No point renting a 4 bedroom condo if one room isn't usable. I don't understand how this has been overlooked, the back door onto the patio even had a slide lock. On the subject of the bunk room there was also an adjoining door in this room to the unit beside this one, again no deadbolt or slide lock. If not for the issue with the bunk room door I would most definitely rent here again. Beds were comfortable, nice blankets. Plenty of towels. Great customer service.
