2BR, sleeps 12, hot tub. Close to Dollywood!

The property was nice and clean and everything was good. Their was a little problem with the information provided online some of them didn’t match with the location so that needed to be changed.

Great experience & great property with a great location.

Master sweet ceiling fan made noise which isn't deal breaker but somewhat annoying. Couldn't get hot tub hot so didn't use. Not sure if it was my fault or if it didn't work.

This property was beautiful and so homey! There was even a Christmas tree which made it feel even more like home for us! It was convenient to all the local attractions but also away from the traffic on Parkway. Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay!

We enojed our stay at this location. It was very clean, private, and very easy to locate. All the great tourist location were so close by. My parents loved it so much . We can't wait for next year, we will 100% choose Edén Crest again !!

I spent more time on the phone trying to get issues resolved then I did visiting with the relatives we went to spend time with. We arrived after hours to find the hot water heater not functioning so we had to call after hours to remedy the situation. There was water pooling on the kitchen floor resulting from water dripping from the refrigerator. The refrigerator door had stained streaks and puckering rust from previously leaking so, not a new issue. By morning, the water covered a majority of the kitchen floor and was running into the adjacent dining room initiating a second call. One of the bathroom toilet seats wasn’t adequately fastened to the toilet resulting in sliding around when in use. There was something black (mold, dirt,..?) on the bathroom floor that was discovered by the shower and ended up on the bath mat. In any case, not clean. I received a call from the staff saying I that I had the wrong organization and that they couldn’t help me. I was in Tennessee and they were in South Carolina. This required a third call to verify they were in fact going to send someone to rectify these issues. We never received a call saying they would be coming nor did they fix the issues in the bathroom during our stay. Not even a clean bath mat. I got a second call from the organization once again stating that they couldn’t help me, and that the wrong company was contacted and that our rental unit was not part of the properties that they maintained. Someone did come and fix the refrigerator in our absence and without our prior knowledge or contact. And with all of our personal possessions vulnerable. The layout online didn’t match the unit we were in. It was lucky that we didn’t need to utilize all of the capacity for sleeping or we would have had additional problems. I had called a phone number that was inside our unit that said call this number within 2 hours of checking in if you have problems. When I called the 3rd time to tell them they contacted the wrong company about our issues. They didn’t have any record of my prior calls or anything noted on my account so I had to go over everything again and again. The level of competency and customer service were not acceptable. On the upside, the layout was nice and furnishings were nice and the remainder of our unit was a positive experience. I tried not to let my frustrations spill over to the 3 families in our unit but In my eyes this “vacation stay” was a disaster.

Loved it , clean , very convenient

I had a great experience. 10/10 would recommend for a large group. Very affordable when splitting the cost. The hot tub was a lot of fun and easy to use. It was also very convenient having a washer and drier in the cabin. Less than a 10 minute drive to all the attractions in Piegon Forge.

Need to be Cleaner! and the Black people that was down below us was real noisy , about 3 in the morning they was they was some black guy banging and banging way up in the middle of the night and hollering at the door saying let me in

great place. Pool way too small for the amount of people in the rental property. You need to put in at least one more pool and maybe 2. Every time we tried to go it was packed and it is really small.

The condo was clean and met our needs. Due to the size of our group, we rented two adjoining units. It was very convenient to have both groups in close proximity, and we will probably do the same thing next year as well. I would recommend this unit to others looking for a quiet spot close to the attractions of Pigeon Forge.

When I called to book the condo I specifically asked for a ground level condo and was told no problem. I was assured that we were put in a ground level condo. Nope we were put on the top level. I have knee problems which makes it hard to climb stairs and also we have a small dog that requires going outside. I had to take her out because of the possibility of bears. When I called to ask about why the wrong condo, I was told "sorry our mistake". Nothing was done to correct the "sorry our mistake". Second. I filled out a maintenance request for a broken lamp, leaking kitchen faucet, and a outside light not working, which the light also made it hard to take our dog out. I requested to have maintenance call before coming out to fix the items. Because we didn't want our little dog to freak out at a stranger coming in. They did not. Instead they came in and didn't fix anything. They only replaced a porch light that I didn't even know was out. The light I requested to be fixed is the kind that turns on by its self at night. I also called about them coming in without calling first. I was told "They did come in and just didn't see the call first. We're sorry about that". They then asked "is there a time we can schedule for them to come fix the items they didn't fix"? I told them "no, there is no point now just wait until we leave". I do understand about the units being renovated but really no excuse for being blown off. "I'm sorry our mistake" sometimes just doesn't cut it. Also please put in the property description that the washer/drier is shared with the next door unit. It was a surprise when we got there. We have been coming the Pigeon Forge for 16 years and stayed with other companies. We would like to stay with Eden Crest again and would recommend to friends IF problems are corrected.

Reviewer Comments: We had rodents, lights not working for 3 days, cable not working in 3 units, toilet problems in two units never resolved, overflow of garbage for days, water leaks in kitchen never resolved,rust in bathroom and refrigerators, no hot water in one of our units for two days never resolved, no back up supply of tissue, or dish liquid for days. I called and called, upper management never returned call nor did they comp our stay. The worse experience ever. Called a month later they still did nothing to resolve and we paid thousands of dollars for 5 units for 4 nts 5 days.
