The location was great and condo was nice but trying to use wager and dryer was very difficult as neighbors used it constantly. And I’d prefer lower with disable mom. Thanks your is good. The big mattresss and the pads need replaced

We had the best time! We had a minor maintenance issue that was repaired as soon as we contacted the host. Such a cute little place.

Overall nice and comfortable place. On arrival The only thing I will say is the knives are dull, one pot had something burned on the inside I was not able to clean it after 4 days of soaking it with waiter. One pot lid did not have a knob to pick it up . . Family enjoyed it you can see fireworks every night from Dollywood . Although it is located near Dollywood you still need a care to drive into the park

The inside is very pretty. Shower was fabulous! No complaints with inside. I cant say enough about accommodations. I have more pros than cons but just so the next guest has clear picture. The outside needs some paint and cleaned up.with pressure washer. If other condos are rented you can hear noise. The hot tub was grand, but with that said it is a little awkward to be in it when other guests at other condos are sitting in theirs or coming up stairs right by others enjoying their hot tub. Just not much privacy. Location is close to everything! Im sure it would be beautiful location in summer and fall. Would recommend to friends

We came to Pigeon Forge to visit Dollywood and this property is literally less than a mile away. Also very close to many attractions, restaurant’s and shops. The unit had entertainment for all, nice kitchen, very helpful staff.

Pros: Spacious, nicely decorated, well-stocked, LOTS of beds, good layout, perfect location, beautiful property. Cons: Mildew smell outside the unit from the hot tub, dirt smeared on the walls (minor but noticeable) in hallway, dust and grime on baseboards in master bath, unknown brown smear on wall by toilet in master bath, fireplace not working Notes: we loved this property and unit in general and had a nice time there. It truly is across the street from Dollywood (although not walking distance due to Dollywood’s long driveway). The property itself is beautiful, tucked in the hills and surrounded by nature. The unit is adorable, very cabin-y which is what we wanted. I paid more for this unit than other comps due to the hot tub and fireplace. We fully anticipated taking advantage of both and we’re very disappointed to find both in poor repair. The hot tub reeks (no exaggeration) of mildew and in fact our bathing suits held the smell and when I washed them with other clothes the clothes the smelled like mildew too. The bathing suits still smell like mildew after washing. My daughters hair still smells like mildew after washing twice since then. The entire entrance of the property reeks of mildew. We used the hot tub once and couldn’t go in again due to the smell. It’s a safety issue as well. We had one cold night and wanted to use the fireplace but it wouldn’t turn on. We weren’t sure if it was dysfunctional or if they turn off the gas at a certain point.

Location is good, but the beds were awful and the spare bed had so many missing slats it was unusable, parking was a nightmare and they did not send the keypad log in or update it in the portal for remote entry. We arrived after hours and I was on hold for a half hour and starting a booking at a hotel before someone finally answered and resolved the problem. We could also hear every word from our loud neighbors and the bedding smelled terrible. No not recommend.

Perfect location, easy to Dolly Wood, and to the strip, but still secluded. Great size, with bedrooms spaced out for maximum privacy. Nice spa on the balcony. Very clean. Whoever they have hired to clean, I highly recommend!! Ceiling fans were so clean they looked like mirrors! Large spacious living room, and good size kitchen as well. Would be perfect for a group of adults or a family with kids. BOOK THIS PLACE NOW IF YOU ARE READING THIS!! You won’t regret it!! I know we will be back in the fall for sure!!!

We loved the condo we stayed in, it had three rooms with about 16 beds total and our own personal hot tub on the balcony! My husband and I and our three sons stayed here and they loved having all the space and the foosball table. We loved sitting around the fireplace and just hanging out in the hot tub. The area where they are located is beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to stay there again and can't wait until the next time we can go there.

The property was very clean. It was conveniently located to Dollywood and all the Pigeon Forge area. There was plenty of room for our 4 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 5 to 12. The hot tub and the Foosball table were lifesavers for our one day of rain! Very pleased.

The condo was exactly as pictured, except for missing a table. Check in was super easy, hot tub was amazing, plenty of room to stretch out and wonderfully stocked kitchen. Had a group of teenagers there for a basketball tournament staying in at least four of the six condos, so a bit loud at times. They didn't keep the laundry room door closed so our granddaughter (2yo) snuck over as I changed a load of laundry. The door was still open the next morning. Got a call saying someone reported a person sitting on the hot tub lid, when there was no one there. Lid was checked, a video of the lid being checked was made, no damage to the lid was found. For the price, it was nice, but the fees got us, as did all the rules. Maybe a cabin would fit us better next time, more privacy.

We comfortably housed 12 adults, there was easily room for 4-6 more. We would’ve liked more towels but overall great experience. Great for families and large groups!! Also we were a group of Christian young adults and were able to respectfully have a girls and guys bunk room. That was cool. We did have trouble logging into the wifi and some of us had to work from home.

My family and my sisters family rented this property for a weekend get away before Christmas. There were 4 parents and 6 kids ages 9-23. The property had plenty of sleeping areas and a large kitchen and table to accommodate us all! This was perfect for our needs. Condo is clean and well stocked. We had some trouble with the hot tub and the WiFi, but the property manager addressed it immediately and fixed them both. I’m saving this property for our next trip!

We took our youth group here on a getaway because our camp was cancelled due to COVID-19. For the price you can’t beat it. It was clean and very nice. The back bedroom connected to the game room is very small, but if you don’t mind squeezing then it shouldn’t be a problem. We were 13 A which is the top floor and (In my opinion) it is nicer than the other condos because other groups aren’t walking right by your door.

The apartment was on the third floor that needs to be put in the description. Very clean. Washer and dryer did not work. Someone came and it could not be repaired. So, they brought us towels and exchanged dirty every day. Which was great but they required me to call each morning. Some of pictures need to be revamped. There is not a room with just a king bed or a queen bed. They have bunk beds on either side. We enjoyed this property. It was within 10 minutes of nightly shows. We saw 3 bears in the parking lot on various nights. Thanks

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Truthfully, I expected more out of my vacation experience. We were traveling with kids for a youth conference so we wanted a space where we could enjoy ourselves and all be together. I have a few complaints that I wish would have been resolved. First, we got there and some wanted to get in the hot tub to relax. The outside light would not come on and I just didn't feel safe leaving them out in the dark. I called service and the maintenance person came out the next day and left a ticket that it was fixed. It still wasn't working. I also stated that the TV in the bedroom was not working. They didn't bother with it. Instead of calling again, I just let it be because the girl I spoke with really didn't seem interested in helping. Also, the joined laundry room is not a good thing. I don't mind washing my own clothes, but the person that shared our laundry room took all of our clean towels and left all of their dirty ones. That was horrible because the washer and dryer was only big enough to put 2 or 3 towels in at one time. We finally got to where we just reused towels just to make do. No hair dryer (I didn't bring mine for the sake of I thought all places had one) so that may be something to add to the lodge. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We stayed 5 days and the place holds so many people, there really needs to be more toiletries left that what was in there. We went and bought a lot of extra stuff to be able to have it. Overall, The place was ok. It was clean. Not really multi-people friendly in my opinion. Really didn't like the laundry room experience or the lights not working because that could be dangerous.
