Cozy Pigeon Forge home w hot tub near river

The location was Fabulous, the property very spacious and accommodating. Air conditionong worked very well indeed.

We were sent the wrong door code and could not access the property and it was 97 degrees outside. Initially had difficulty contacting anyone to help us obtain the correct code. We noticed hairs on the bed sheets, hair in the Hot Tub and the gas grill would not work. We found the beds to be a little uncomfortable. We had to purchase extra trash bags and toilet paper.

The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. The property was located in a great location close to every attraction. The property itself was beautiful very spacious. Plenty of clean linen throughout the property. The hot tub was clean and all the jets worked. The hot showers were very spacious and to die for. I didn’t want to get out of those comfortable beds.. I literally could have slept the whole weekend. There were welcome snacks and bottled water waiting for us upon arrival. I think that was amazing. Plenty of coffee pod for the coffee Keurig machine. Even the patio furniture was comfortable. The deck was huge. We didn’t use the grill, but there were two grills available on the back deck. There were even video games downstairs for entertainment. This property owner literally thought of everything to make this space your home away from home.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. If I had anything to suggest anything it would just be to add more lighting around the Jacuzzi because at night it does get dark where the actual Jacuzzi is. There is light there but not over the actual Jacuzzi so we couldn’t see in the bushes behind the Jacuzzi.

Location is so convenient and the neighborhood was safe and friendly.

No real dislikes to talk about.
