I liked the location of the property and how it’s close to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge.

We were sent a email to request an early check in time if we’d like and we selected 11:00 am. The code that we were given didn’t work and we had to call the hosts and were on the phone with them for a little over an hour for them to manually unlock the house for us. The hosts said this was because our check in time was for 3:00 pm, but it didn’t make any sense because they approved us to come at 11:00 am so it isn’t like we arrived unexpectedly early. Then we had reservations somewhere and ended up being late to that because we tested the code again before we left, and it didn’t work. So again, we had to call them and that phone call lasted another hour… There was also white dog hair on the furniture and the floors seemed like they hadn’t been mopped in a while. The carpet on the stairs was extremely dirty. What’s the point of a cleaning fee if it wasn’t clean when we arrived? Also, some of the remotes to the TV’s in the bedrooms didn’t work so if we wanted to watch TV it had to be in the living room. To top of off, it took 10 days to receive the $250 for pre authorization back to my card… Me and my family won’t be staying again because it was too much of a hassle. I asked if we could receive some type of compensation or discount for our troubles and they said no.

Clarify listing in regards to pet cleaning fee prior to booking. Upstairs bedroom could use a couple night stands. Just a heads up……the upstairs bathroom toilet could use some maintenance. The tank leaks off and runs water to refill itself about every 30 minutes. Not an issue just thought you might want to know.

Not clean at all. Floor was black and that’s no exaggeration. Dust and spiderwebs everywhere. Broken blinds on the bedroom window which left no privacy. Management never responded to or addressed messages.

it was in a really good neighborhood and close to all the things that we wanted to do. The house was nice and clean, enjoyed the stay.

We were late getting into the house do to cleaning not finished at 3:00 pm and then the door would not open, I had to call to have them to fix the lock. I had no issues with property managers they were quick to handle issues

Needed a deep cleaning. exterior bushes need trimmed. Repairs needed to deck. The kitchen was not well stocked. No pot holders, towels or sponges. Very limited on towels for the bathrooms. There were small ants on the carpet in living room. Needs updating.

location bathrooms were nice pleasant neighborhood

A/C thermostat was broken. Two nights without A/C and the house was very warm at 89° - 82°. I called Stevens Realty and was assured it would be fixed by the next morning. No one called back so I called them. “Work order between 1:00-3:00 if not before” but nobody came until 5:30. HVAC repairman said faulty wiring. Fire extinguisher upstairs was broken. Then on the second night a huge cockroach was on the ceiling above my bed at midnight. After 2 hours of it crawling around the ceiling and walls, I finally smashed it on the floor. There was also a silverfish in one of the coffee mugs in the cabinet. Woman at Stevens Realty asked if I took pictures of these creatures!! “No, I don’t take photos of bugs when I’m on vacation!”I responded. The ice maker was broken in the freezer. The shrubbery around outside stairs was overgrown in the front and the back. There was insufficient lighting in bedrooms. Stained and worn towels that need replacing. Stevens Realty would not offer us any reimbursement for having two miserable nights in the sweltering heat! This house should be INSPECTED for code violations that are everywhere.
