Good but noisy.

I like the location and the room was clean.

Workers would come by with large carts in the early hours of the morning and it caused a lot of noise. Working on something caused quite a bit of noise and it was hard to sleep in the morning.

Good price, the river and ducks are always so pleasant. Good location.

Electrical outlets - everything we tried to plug in were so loose they would fall out. The bed was very hard. Space is limited but made it work. The breakfast was much skimpier than it had been in the past.

Clean room, great location!

All the staff were very friendly and professional, the location on the river was really neat! The firepit by the river was going at night so it was very peaceful and cozy to hang out around there. The pool was warm and the hot tub was so nice after a long ride! We didn't get time to check out the game room because the kids wanted to hang out by the river and watch the ducks and try to catch a fish but it looked fun!! The breakfast was good enough. Sausage, eggs, toast yogurt and cereal. It showed in the picture they had a waffle maker and I didn't see one when we went down for breakfast but there was still enough to choose from.

The pillows weren't very comfortable.

Everything, The view, the friendliness of the staff, the very clean and comfortable room, location, parking, but especially after a long day of traveling was able to check in several hours before the suggested time frame. Highly recommend and i can assure you, i will definitely be staying there again on my next visit..

Good value for very clean rooms and warm pools!

I loved how warm the temps were for the pool/kiddie pool, especially during this time of year when it's cold. My toddler really enjoyed swimming and I enjoyed the hot tub! The pools were clean and so was our room! Plus, they had a little breakfast thing during the morning hours. Juice, cereal, toast and jam. That kind of thing but still nice. Loved the location as well. We were 5-10 minutes depending on traffic from anything we wanted to do.

The only small complaint I would have to say was the door in between 2 rooms. I guess that depends on who is on the other side. We had noisy neighbors while it was late and could hear every word being said very easily but we got through it! So will you, probably..

They provided breakfast, front desk staff were wonderful. I appreciated people a lot. it is a nice family friendly hotel. They were kind and friendly. The room was clean and every day they changed our towels. I appreciated it very much!

The pool has lots of chlorine. I am wondering if it could be addressed. The carpet of our room smelled mold. Not too bad but it does stop someone to book it again. These comments are not berate just pointing things out that need to change from a client's perspective.

Liked the location and the creek behind was beautiful.

When we arrived in our room it had two box fans in the room, one laying on a bed, the other on the floor and a light fixture on the sink. We called front desk and the man answering did not tell me to hold or anything, he was talking in background and I couldn’t hear him. I said sorry we can’t hear you, he hung up. I called back and a lady got on the phone and she questioned what the problem was and then hung up. I called for a third time and a different lady gets on the phone and saying we were handed the wrong room key. 😑
