Location, cabin
There was no water, hot tub did not work, fireplace did not work and they did not move is til the next afternoon. They moved us to a basic cabin with no wifi and inly compensated us $116 out of $1000.

Although there were a lot of things wrong with the cabin and did not ruin our vacation
Location was great. Very close to the attractions in pigeon Forge. And was very easy to get to
The dishwasher was broken and the last thing I want to do on vacation is have to wash dishes, there was no blind in the window in the bedroom upstairs The neighbors could see right in the bedroom, the front door would not latch properly, the Jacuzzi tub in the main floor bedroom leaked in the doorway of the bedroom downstairs so we could not use it, it was very cold in the bedrooms downstairs and although they supplied space heaters every time we would go to plug them in it would blow a fuse, the fireplace on the wall downstairs would not work, I assumed there would be hand soap and trash bags supplied but there was none, I also assumed there would be enough towels for everyone to take baths for the duration of our stay and there was not enough.
