Very nice place but wasn’t impressed with the rental group- they were pretty short with us and and our questions

Loved the layout of the home and how comfortable it was

I was out playing in the yard with some of the grandkids and thank God that I’m the one that came upon the man hole that had the cover laying to the side of it- it was large enough that had one of the littles ran around it, they would have fallen in- also thought we were going to get to check in early (as we requested)but couldn’t so the Easter candy all melted while waiting

That is was so big

It didn't have heat in the downstairs which is where the kids slept. The power went out because of storm and the property wouldn't refund and expected us to stay there.

Newly remodeled and up to date, location was very close to main strip yet private.

The remodel work looked nice but was poorly done. there were holes in the walls, beams uneven in living room ceiling. The water was so hot 3 of our church members burnt their hands when washing them and literally left small blisters on one. This is a huge liability. I stayed in the master bedroom and every time I took a shower or used the sink you smelt sewage so it was backing up into the sink. It smelt awful and stunk up the bathroom, bedroom, and living room which was embarrassing since I had picked this location. I walked around the floor the next morning with no socks on for 20 minutes and my feet were completely black which let me know the cleaners didn’t do very well. That was completely disgusting. The game room downstairs looked awesome but the air hockey table was broken and the arcade game kept trying to update the firmware. The code didn’t work upon arrival. I called the property twice and got hung up on then finally reached someone who was rude. I hung up and called back and got someone really nice. They did not send the code until after check-in which is ridiculous. I have used several property rentals and you always receive the code that morning or at least a few hours ahead. I called again and they said you will receive the email with code after check-in which makes no sense. so we arrived on time and had to wait for an email.
