Only very minor thing - couldn’t find a tea towel but no way spoilt our visit! Everything excellent.

Comfy beds,high quality refurnished. Opening the door was a wow and walking into kitchen a double wow. Parking a bonus. Lovely garden area another bonus.

Altho the venetian blinds looks modern and clean, blackout curtains/ blinds would have been better to block the early morning sun

Parking is on the drive not near beach ?. Everything about it spent a lot of money to get this to the way it is brilliant. 10 mins to wetherspoons with all the bars next door. Food everywhere to find. Nice walk back to bed 🛌 😴 . Start again next night 😛.

This was a beautiful holiday let. Super-clean, comfortable, literally had everything you would need. Very modern, smart TV in every room which was fab. kitchen was just perfect, loved the layout and bar stools. Even had a dishwasher and washing machine. we loved our stay and Chris was very helpful and answered all our queries prompt. Thankyou.

10 min walk to the beach front, not a big deal in general though. The walk was good for us.

Very clean and had parking in an area that would otherwise be impossible to find parking...Bedrooms and bathrooms are brand new along with the modern dinner...it's also just ten minutes away from the main shopping area, great pubs and restaurants and 15 mins walk to the beach ....

Excellent stay in Cleethorpes

The house is very comfortable and clean. It's a lovely idea to have a tv in each room. It's approx 10 minutes walk to the seafront so not too far for families to walk & then you're not paying for parking. The ensuite bathrooms are a great idea.

The kitchen could do with a colendar & glass jug. The garden could do with a washing line across between the fences for drying beach towels. Not a criticism, it's just what we could have done with.
