A washing machine would have made it perfect - but there is a laundromat 50 metres away. Just make sure you have coins!

Lovely place to stay.

The apartment was full of character. The integration of original and restoration was really well done. The location was perfect. Very close to everything.

Just a warning to people with large luggage. There is only one flight of stairs but they are very steep and narrow.

Great apartment with Chateau views

Loved this place. The photos don't do it justice. It's been well equipped and well planned out for a comfortable stay. We loved having breakfast with the balcony doors open with views of the Chateau.The location is great with the old town and attractions outside, a car park opposite and a Carrefour 7 minutes away. We also loved that check-in is quite early and check-out quite late compared to many places giving you longer to enjoy the place.

Nothing, but be careful walking up the stairs - they are quite tight and ancient so not great when I was trying to carry all our luggage at once!!!

Amazing Apartment in the Best Location!

This apartment was in a great location in the cathedral quarter, about 10 mins walk from the train station, and about 5 mins walk from the Latin quarter or old part of the city. Both areas have some fabulous dining options at great prices. Our host, Lydie, was very kind and prompt to communicate with us and very helpful. Appartement Deux Pieces was absolutely brilliant! It far exceeded our expectations. It was clean and spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was well-stocked and the bed was very comfortable. It was the best accommodation we’ve had on our whole trip. We would definitely stay here if we ever return to this wonderful city. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wish we could have stayed longer.

Historical Old Town Apartment

A very cosy stay! Excellent location, right in the old town, beautiful view from the window and a large parking lot just outside the building. The apartment itself if very well equipped with everything necessary for a homey stay- from all the kitchen supplies to a diffuser and a steam iron. Very highly recommended

An amazingly well situated location with a super host with all the facilities to feel like a local.

The property is very very well located in the Cathedral quarter with easy walking access to the city, the old town, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket and laundrette. The property has double glazing so nice and quiet and easy parking across the road for those driving.

We loved our stay at the property and would stay there again if in Tours. The bed was a little harder than how I enjoy it, which for more than 2-3 nights may have posed a challenge, but for 1-2 nights it was great. The bedroom is at the back of the property away from the street noise and night club down the road. Perfect for a good nights sleep. The property also does not have any washing facilities however there is a laundrette around the corner (50m) away.

Cozy apartment in the city center

Perfect location in the old city center, near the City Cathedral and the Chateau. I liked a lot the roses in the vase from the living room. The apartment is located right next to the main street with plenty of restaurants and shops. There is a large parking lot across the street, free between 6 PM - 9AM while during the day it is 1.30 -1.50 Euro per hour. Also, there is a free parking lot near the river, approx 500 m from the apartment. This is a small, cozy and 'tres charmant' apartment with everything you need.

Spiral stairs very tight and difficult to handle luggage up and down. The apartment is located in an old building.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location for a short stay in Tours.

Very easy to find the apartment. Perfect location in the city centre. It is right next to the main streets with plenty of restaurants and shops. Free parking near the river, approx 500 m from the apartment. Small and cosy apartment with everything you need. It was very warm in the apartment (you can also adjust the temperature). It is relatively quiet in the apartment. It is an old building, so it is possible to hear the neighbours sometimes (e.g., opening the door), but the neighbours are not noisy at all, so it was not bothering us at all.

The bed was not very comfortable, but we are very picky sleepers. For me it was a bit too hard, for my boyfriend it was a bit too small. Also, it made sound when someone moves.

Pourrait être parfait avec un ménage en profondeur

Très bien placé à 10min à pied d'un parking gratuit, et au début du centre historique. Cozy et chaleaureux. Très complet dans ce qui est fourni (c'est le principe du cahier des charges du classement de meublé de tourisme).

Dommage d'arriver dans un appartement froid. La couette est très légère (obligeant à mettre le chauffage à fond la nuit). Le ménage doit être effectué en profondeur, car le bas de la porte de douche est très sale moisi, il y a beaucoup de toiles d'araignées et de traces au plafond (sdb notamment), et il ne faut pas regarder les coins, plinthes, et ce qu'il y a en arrière plan. La douche et le lavabo s'écoulent mal.

A savoir : l'escalier qui mène à l'étage est tout petit et en colimaçon. Attention pour les grosses valises ou les touristes pas très en forme. Mais pour moi, aucun souci.

Todo. Un apartamento precioso, con mucho encanto y muy acogedor. Con todo lo necesario. La localización era ideal: al lado de la catedral y lleno de bares y restaurantes en la calle de al lado. Se puede aparcar en un aparcamiento con parquímetro justo en frente.

Ottima posizione , vicino alla stazione e al centro. Molto silenziosa, piccola ma comoda.

Bárkinek szívesen ajánlom, különösen azoknak, akik szeretik a régi, hagyományos apartmanokat.

Minden megvolt ahhoz, hogy kényelmesen reggelizzünk és vacsorát főzhessek. Nekem ez a szállás nagyon tetszett. Korábban nem voltam hasonló apartmanban, ami régi, de mégis kényelmessé lett téve. Jó lett volna egy kicsit szélesebb ágy, de hely nem teszi lehetővé. Bármikor szívesen megszállnék itt és másoknak is jó szívvel ajánlom.

Ha eleve két takaró lett volna. A csigalépcső egy kicsit szűk.

Magnifique petit appartement au cœur de Tours

Très joli petit appartement à deux pas du château de Tours et de la Loire. Bien situé et confortable, communication claire et arrivée autonome très aisée. Je recommande sans hésiter.

La salle de bains est très étroite, mais c’est vraiment un détail. L’accès à l’appartement est un peu difficile à cause de la cage d’escalier très étroite.

Extrêmement plaisant.

Ce deux-pièces a un joli cachet, avec ses poutres apparentes et ses murs de briques et de bois. Le confort est bien au rendez-vous : luminosité, espace, insonorisation, équipements. La vue sur le château et la cathédrale est un plaisir, notamment sur le balcon. Le vivant quartier Colbert est à deux pas.
