Located near the train station, in the city center of Tours, this charming, renovated 21m² studio will appeal to you for your business trips or to discover the city and its surroundings.
Well thought out and well arranged, you can enjoy a comfortable 160x200cm bed to relax in front of the TV (with Netflix) while taking advantage of the fiber Wifi connection after your visits or a day of work.
The kitchen area is fully equipped so you can cook like at home (toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hotplates, etc.). A table and two chairs will allow you to eat peacefully.
A bathroom with shower completes the studio. The toilets are separate.
You will also have a large closet to store all your belongings.
Big plus: you will have a private parking space :)
Everything is there for you to have a good stay: immediate proximity to the station (the studio overlooks the street and not the rails), private parking space, a launderette is available in the residence with washing machine and dryer , proximity to the city center and shops, proximity to public transport.
You can do everything on foot or by public transport.
