The location was excellent for our purposes as we needed a town centre base. Facilities in the flat were excellent and allowed family members who live nearby to drop in for dinner. Good dining area and comfortable furnishings for watching tv and chatting. Off road parking a great asset.
Town centres are busy and the traffic noise in the business day was heavy from the road outside. This is a description, not a complaint - there's nothing that could have changed that. It did not spoil our stay, we had no problem in working round it.

Convenience and time of locale, clean decent bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Large lounge / diner. Parking space.
Lounge / 2nd bed was very noisey, curtain inadequate to protect against sound and light intrusion. Ceiling lights flicker all night after turning off.
