The location was excellent for our purposes as we needed a town centre base. Facilities in the flat were excellent and allowed family members who live nearby to drop in for dinner. Good dining area and comfortable furnishings for watching tv and chatting. Off road parking a great asset.
Town centres are busy and the traffic noise in the business day was heavy from the road outside. This is a description, not a complaint - there's nothing that could have changed that. It did not spoil our stay, we had no problem in working round it.

Easy to find, good location for walking into Crediton. Very neat and clean place. Everything you need. Host was response and kind to post my forgotten boots back to me. Also the accommodation has a good information pack to help you make the most of your time in the area.
The vehicles noise from the busy road did effect my ability to relax. I appreciate it did mention about a single pane window in the front room. The accommodation was spotless and you can sleep well in the bedroom out the back. It reminds me about the need for vehicle campaigns such as 20 is plenty around streets where residents live.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy and in good condition. All the rooms were a good size and tastefully decorated.
Claire left fresh flowers, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits for us which was a nice touch and much appreciated.
She was very helpful when we met her.
The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.
The location is great for Morrisons (2 min walk), train station (10 minute walk) and the town centre (10 minute walk)
The bed squeaked very loudly!
The lounge is single-glazed so you can hear the traffic if you're in there. We know the area so knew the road was busy. It's not a complaint, just an observation for others.

The whole house looks very clean: the bathroom light with choice to turn on the mirror light is great. The double bed mattress and bedding sheets are very comfortable. The towels in a set of three sizes are soft. The modern kitchen is quite well-equipped & the extra biscuits and special teabags are lovely gentle touch!
The e-communication with the owner is good (from that we knew exactly what food we need to bring & what they can provide already there).
We love reading about the history of the shop from their menu, and the ancient map of old Crediton on the wall. Their IKEA armchairs in the lounge are so comfy that we want to buy too if we had have space at home!
Overall, we have a lovely stay in this cutie well worthy bungalow. Will book again especially there is a car parking space at the back yard included in the rent, Excellent!.
The bedroom at the back of the house is quiet. The comfortable sofa bed is in the lounge at the front room which is just a thin wall away from the street (as its historical shop was located). Hence, if you are used to hearing cars passing by or if you have no problem with the street noise from pedestrians, then you’ll be fine.

Convenience and time of locale, clean decent bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Large lounge / diner. Parking space.
Lounge / 2nd bed was very noisey, curtain inadequate to protect against sound and light intrusion. Ceiling lights flicker all night after turning off.

Good location. Off street parking. Helpful hosts. Tastefully decorated. Probably best equipped kitchen we’ve ever found in years of Airbnbing.

Location was fine for us. Although self catered we had milk in the fridge for the 1st brew.
Only one slight niggles. A noisy road but didn't spoil the trip.

It was easy to reach visiting places.
Wi-fi lagged now and again but this was rare.

location ideal for me as i was working local. supermarket a few doors away so perfect for provisions. good wifi reception. parking private and secure. Although traffic noise was quite loud in lounge the bedroom was furthest away from road so very quite and peaceful.
Building close to road so very noisy at times whilst watching TV in lounge. TV set a bit high on wall so slightly uncomfortable to watch and a larger screen size would have been ideal..

Could do with secondary glazing in lounge to stop traffic noise.

The location is about half a mile from the centre of Crediton, on east side of town. However there is a pub and Morrisons very close. Though the bedroom was a little bit small, it was part of a spacious apartment.
Off road car parking was provided.
Ideally I would have preferred a location more central to Crediton, or at the west end of town. However the only slightly more central alternative was fully booked.

It was so lovely. The whole apartment was spotless. The kitchen has all we needed. Coffee tea and sugar were all there and afternoon tea was offered, which we are sad we couldn't have as we were so busy. Centrally located and Claire is such a lovely host. She is available and easy to communicate with. The beds were comfortable and we just loved our stay there. Can't wait for our next visit!
I can't think of anything. It was so lovely! I have only good things to say. Thank you Claire!

Location was central and only a few minutes travel to my work location and from the town centre, with a handy supermarket 2 mins walk from the property. Communication with Claire was easy and she responded to emails the same day. Will certainly look to rebook if property available for my next visit.

Perfect property for an overnight stay. Well equipped, exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, welcoming friendly host and loads of little extras added eg. Toilet rolls, hand wash, shower wash, tissues, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Would definitely return.
Nothing - absolutely perfect.

Location as we had been shopping in Exeter this was a good place to stay before heading home the next day
Noise of cars outside as living room right by main road, which wasn't clear from pictures, also the outside seating area was in a a car park like area with a few other cars from different houses was quite cold on arrival but warmed up when we turned heating on full wack
