About this house rental
Delightful and comfortable property set within farmland but only five miles from the city of Exeter and handy for Exeter University. Far reaching views to Dartmoor and close to A30 with Cornwall just an hour away. Wonderful touring destination for walkers and families, beaches within half an hour, plus woods, moors and National Trust properties nearby. High speed internet, cosy woodburner and equipped to a high standard. Private courtyard garden and use of shared grounds, the barn is surrounded by stunning countryside. Plenty of parking onsite and a beautiful spot for peace and relaxation at the end of a long day exploring the beautiful Westcountry.

The property is part of a small farm and attached to the main farmhouse. It is down a short farm track in a picturesque location.The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The converted barn is well equipped and comfortable. It is around 20 minutes South of Exeter an ideal location for visiting the City and with easy access to Dartmoor and coastal resorts.The property has been a holiday let for around 20 years and is starting to show its age but I guess that the rental prices reflect this.
