The property was very clean and comfortable Very spacious rooms and the kitchen was equipped with everything we need. Everything was very nice and we enjoined ourselves. Also the welcome Apple drinks from the property apples tree was very nice and delicious. Thank you Tim for great hospitality

Maybe more clear direction on the address would be better for people to find the property easily, but there was no issue as Tim was very kind to help us.

The right place to recharge

The holiday house was spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The hosts were very pleasant and respected our privacy. The house was surrounded by stunning mature trees perfect for relaxation. The pool was the highlight of our stay - it was clean, pleasant temperature and good size. We felt right at home. The house was only short drive to Exeter where we visited the impressive cathedral and Dawlish Warren - perfect spot for kids and adults alike.

Possibly the faint noise of the motorway nearby.

Relaxing and peaceful

Spacious well equipped house in a beautiful setting. Everything you need for children, dogs, washing and cooking. Comfortable and every thought has been made to make it a home from home. Stunning stream at end of garden and fantastic heated pool. Great location to visit Dartmoor, Exeter and Beaches.

Beautiful home, gardens and pool

Spacious and modern, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, lovely soaps in bathrooms and plenty of fresh cloths and cleaning facilities. The pool was warm, the patio had comfortable outdoor furniture. The WiFi was very good. The gardens were extensive and beautiful with a little stream running by. We couldn’t have wished for anything more. Would love to return.

Set in an excellent location, this property is perfect for a relaxing stay.

Very friendly hosts but not intrusive. The property is set in beautiful grounds with a private patio and the use of a heated swimming pool was an added bonus. The accommodation was very spacious and well equipped with good quality appliances. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.

Lovely relaxing weekend and would definitely recommend

The location was great, just 15 mins in to Exeter. The pool was fabulous. The place was a good as it looked in the pictures. Very spacious, loved having 2 bathrooms. Concerned about proximity to the dual carriageway but not a an issue. Yes you can hear it sometimes but really not a problem.

Some indication from the road as to where to turn in. The host guided us when we called but if there had been a sign of some sort at the road it would have made things easier. Otherwise really happy and a great stay!

The perfect place for spending time in Devon.

The pool was amazing and the owners were lovely. the allowed us to have some guests join us for the day as we were there for a family member’s birthday party and it was an ideal central location. The garden was fantastic and even though it was shared with the owners, we never felt overlooked or that we didn’t have the whole place to ourselves.

No complaints but one niggle was that there were no locks on the bathroom doors.

Osborne cottage was amazing. We were treated so very well by Susan and Tim. Both such lovely people xx treated my children whom one has adhd so well. My daughter said she loved it and will miss them

Delightful hideaway

Bright, airy, spacious, big rooms. A bath and separate shower rooms. Dishwasher, outside seating, sun catcher. Books, couple of board games, big TV provided

All recently modernised and tidy but looks like old windows still (at present - 2021). Could have just washed frames and checked for cobwebs around these and high room corners otherwise delightful. Could do with a sign at the top of lane to indicate where to turn. We arrived in daylight but would have been difficult in the rain or dark.

Great cottage, modern and very clean finished to a high standard. Our dog even had a great time playing with owners dogs. Our boys played with owners children and everyone were extremely friendly.

Noise from nearby dual carriageway and the location was a little bit out of the way
