The lift, on calling for the lift, on the 5th floor, kept pressing the lift call button but often had the business lift arrived, which we were informed was not available for Hotel customers.

I was satisfied with the room, considering I didn’t explore any of the possible amenities.

Self check-in was fairly intuitive. The room was great, and had a nice view from the fifth floor.

In the night someone was trying to enter the room with a key. I don’t know if it was staff or another guest.

Did not stay due to being a COVID QUARANTINE HOTEL.

On the hotel advert in their 'Property Important Information' it states that 'It is not possible to stay ay the property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. However, upon arrival there was a COVID testing facility as well as half of the hotel being 'blocked' off as it was a COVID QUARANTINE HOTEL. This was not advertised on the booking, and due to one or more of the colleagues staying there being high risk, we could not take the chance staying in this hotel. The hotel have not accepted liability for this, nor will they issue a refund.

One problem that the organizers owners must careful is to be absolutely certain that late arrivals can find the keys there is a wall full of boxes for keys of the property. Although if you haven't received a direct email with the code that is a problem cause reception is only until 6:00 and after that there now one there so if you arrive after 6:00 you must have an email that tell you exactly were the entrance keys are and the code otherwise you will stay out of the property. I was lucky that with a code booking shown a box opened with 3 bookings so i used theirs and i organized in the morning with the reception. Otherwise i would have staid out without a room.

What sky lounge??? No lounge no dining no nothing. Tacky interior. All facilities closed and turned into a Covid testing centre and some kind of hospital. This is literally a place for a bed. Has no soul. Stay in central Kleve Wouldn’t never recommend this to anyone.

Ontbijt was prima verzorgt en voldoende keus. Kamer was heel schoon en de locatie prima met meer dan voldoende parkeer gelegenheid

De bedden waren niet goed. Veel te zacht matras en het kussen was vreselijk dun.

verwarming werkte niet,erg koud. raam tocht. een kamer met 1 tweepersoonskamer genomen. blijkt 2 eenpersoonsbedden te zijn die tegen elkaar staan. matrassen liggen niet lekker erg lawaaierig door bruiloftsfeest. duurde tot 02.00 uur. muziek in de lounge dreunde door naar hotelkamer....achteraf kenbaar gemaakt aan receptie. tijdens ongemakken geen receptie aanwezig..

Alles schön und modern - allerdings ein großes Minus aufgrund fehlender Informationen beim Eingang, im Fahrstuhl, zur Nutzung der Dachterrasse und was sonst bei einem personalfreiem Hotel relevant wäre, wenn man als Gast eine simple Frage oder gar einen Notfall hätte.

Die Situation am Eingangsbereich, wie und wo man sich einloggt und damit Zutrifft und den Schlüssel bekommt, war extrem schlecht. Ich traf auch auf andere Reisende, die ratlos herumstanden. Ein großes Willkommensschild für Gäste für das Hotel mit der Info: Hier können Sie sich mit Ihrem Zugangscode, den Sie in Ihrer E-Mail, auf Booking.com etc. finden, einloggen. Suchen Sie Ihren passenden Safe und tippen Sie Ihren Code ein. So oder so ähnlich. In sängender Hitze war nicht sofort erkennbar, dass die Safes rechts vom Eingang lagen. Das hätte man im Vorfeld auch kommunizieren können mit der Info: Safes rechts vom Eingang sowie Safenummer und Code am besten ausdrucken, Screenshot machen oder notieren notieren.

Ansprechendes Hotel, gute Parkmöglichkeiten

Eine gute Unterkunft, ich hatte es für einen Ein-Tages-Aufenthalt, da ich in Kleve zu tun hatte. Das Zimmer war großzügig und gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Bad war auch gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Für mich auch sehr angenehm: gute Parkmöglichkeiten, kostenlos und direkt am Hotel.

Das WLAN war für meine Zwecke etwas sehr langsam.

De locatie was prima en het ontbijt was uitstekend geregeld. Er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

We lagen vanwege het rumoer door de open ramen , aan de verkeerde kant van het hotel. Er zou meer verkoeling mogen wezen op de ( slaap) kamer. Zeer slechte kussens , veel te plat/dun. Mogen behoorlijk meer gevuld zijn. Meer faciliteiten , zoals een bar of als die er was , veel te vroeg gesloten.

Lijkt niet op een hotel ,ontvangst niet echt duidelijk waar je moet wezen en ontbijt is niet oké er laf bijna niks en als je wat vraag krijg je het met moeite of helemaal niet, wij hebben tot 2 keer toe gevraagd om ei en na driekwartier waren er er klaar mee

Die Information über die Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr schlecht. Die Nachricht wurde am 11.07 14.01 ohne vorherige Information über das Prozedere versandt. Zudieser Zeit war ich über email nicht mehr erreichbar. Am Hôtel war am 12.07. niemand zu erreichen.

Mitarbeiter waren nett

Zimmer war nicht fertig, obwohl wir vorher angerufen wurden, wie spät wir kommen, hat dann aber doch nur 5 Minuten gedauert. Keine Klimaanlage, und im Restaurant nur eine Angestellte, der Mann aus der Küche hat ausgeholfen, Frischkäse war abgelaufen und nach Kaffee und O-Saft musste man fragen. Fürs Frühstück sollten wir auf einmal mehr zahlen als uns avisiert wurde, aber der Mitarbeiter ist drauf eingegangen.
