The hotel is in an excellent location close to a few restaurants and a cinema that is only 150 metres away, there is also a supermarket around the corner, unfortunately the Sky lounge restaurant where you get your breakfast doesn't open at night anymore, we were looking forward to eating there and it still says that it's open on google but it's not, I think they cater for functions there and corporate events, not for hotel guests who want to eat at night. However, the breakfast is very good with a cooked meal if you would like it, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages......plenty of choice for the buffet style breakfast with meats, cheeses and fresh breads, (no yoghurt) which is a little odd, coffee and orange juice along with plenty of alternative choices. The rooms are very clean and spacious for the money €119.00 for 2 nights including breakfast (€59.50c per night) is a fantastic deal and very good value for money in the off season, the staff at the hotel are very friendly and go out of their way to help you when required, they make the hotel what it is and should be commended for that. There is also plenty of free secure parking at the hotel and cctv to go along with that so rest assured you won't be charged on top of your stay for the car parking like a lot of unscrupulous hotels do. (It makes a difference) and it's appreciated. We will most certainly be booking again and can't understand why this hotel does not have a higher rating, you can pay a lot more for far lower standards elsewhere and this place is a little gem.

It's a little confusing when you first arrive as the hotel building is shared with other companies, the signs could be a little clearer, other than that there is absolutely nothing to complain about the hotel or personnel. Apart from the usual inconsiderate guests or perhaps workers who tend to shout loudly when they are knocking on colleagues doors in the morning and are only considering their own needs.

It starts with a generous parkingspace in an easy to find location in the nice town of Kleve, near a nice shopping area. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, speaks German, English and even Dutch. Rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and even have a bath and good view over the town. Beds are excellent and the TV offers quite a choice. Breakfast is on the top floor, great view, friendly staff and sufficient meals and drinks. Definitely a place to visit again!

At the entrance it is not clear that the hotel reception is actually staffed and you can enter the building without first having to get a key from one of the vaults outside. The building is used by several companies, of which the hotel is only one. Very confusing!

We liked the friendly staff quiet place to been to relax you body and mind good delicious breakfast,beautiful view to the City was Amazing soon we will come Again for sure.

Very good and plenty of choice

The lift, on calling for the lift, on the 5th floor, kept pressing the lift call button but often had the business lift arrived, which we were informed was not available for Hotel customers.

No Air Conditioning

Room was ok

No staff available at all. I’ve stayed three nights . Haven’t seen any staffs, no staffs at the reception. No good facilities Location was far away from the airport .
