Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, good location, affordable parking.

There wasn't a bar as advertised. No communal socialising area. No tea/coffee facilities in the room or hotel (except at breakfast!) Breakfast 15 euros a head (we didn't eat at hotel) Extra fees incurred (taxes) unexpected and expensive.

The staff are so very friendly and helpful! I have never had a hotel remember my name from an online booking. Breakfast offerings were delicious, the bed was comfortable, and I didn't feel like I had to compete with the other guests to get a warm shower! Kleef has so much to see that we will be back and we will book at Akzent!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Wifi was excellent and I was able to work in the evening.

The restaurant was not open so had to go out for evening meal. It looked form the booking that there was a restaurant but seems only for breakfast.

One night stay whilst sightseeing . Travelling by bicycle.

Nice little hotel just not that far out of the city center. I was traveling by bicycle and the hotel did have secure storage and also a large hotel car park. The room was large and comfy, with good wifi, TV and bathroom. Only a 5-minute walk down to the wonderful river, main city center, and castle. The Teargarden and forest walks were all within 15min. Great little town to visit.

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

A nice stay close to downtown.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a brand new room, all was clean and in perfect order. The location is 10 minutes walking from downtown, so the city center is perfectly reachable.

The new furniture was still smelling glue and lacquer, not a fault. Opening the windows solved the inconvenience.

The staff was extremely nice and polite. The room was clean. The water tasted great. I loved the old feel of the hotel: it brought me back in time.

Nettes Hotel, aussen unscheinbar, innen überraschend gemütlich.

Wir brauchten ein Zimmer für eine Nacht wegen Umzug. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, das Zimmer war recht gross und ruhig und vor allem nicht so steril. Die Ausstattung: bequeme Betten, Fernseher, WLAN, Steckdosen, separater Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, Schrank gross genug für Koffer, grosse Fensterfront mit Fenster zum Öffnen, warmer Heizkörper, Bad neu und durchdacht funktional, alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht riesig, aber absolut ausreichend. Schön war der Parkplatz für 5.-€. Für Kurzaufenthalte absolut zu empfehlen.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, aber für die Leistung und für den Komfort zu teuer!

Das Zimmer war sauber und in den Betten konnte man gut schlafen. Dusche und Bad waren auch in Ordnung. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und engagiert. Das Frühstück geht in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war sehr düster und für ein Superior Zimmer nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank und Fön waren nicht vorhanden). Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Kurzaufenthalt in Kleve

Die Lage ist mitten in der Stadt, direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir der Autoparkplatz, dieser ist garantiert seine 5,00 € wert. Beim einschecken war eine sehr freundliche Dame, die mir alles erklärte, so zum Beispiel wo man abends Essen kann etc.

Das Frühstück für 15,00 € war für mich etwas dürftig, aber jeder Gast hat da warscheinlich andere Wünsche.
