Great location in Kleve, 5min car ride to city centre. Renovated barn/farm with original features. Welcoming host, very comfortable beds, clean and elaborate breakfast. Telly in room. Tea/coffee facility in main area (10 steps away).

Tiled surface shower cubicle was dangerously slippy. No soundproofing, i.e. someone got up at 6am, you heard them moving about, specifically on the landing, which woke me up. Got back to sleep but around 8am they started cleaning rooms.

The whole Bed and Breakfast was fantastic, from the breakfast in the morning, to the room itself. Me and my partners stay was wonderful and I highly recommend it as a go to place for couples, vacation or just leisure travel!

Fabulous b&b , great value for money.

Very welcoming and generous hosts who went way beyond all expectations of a B&B. Fabulous breakfast with homemade Yoghurt and musli and fresh fruit and rolls. A super sitting/dining area where we could sit in the evening and enjoy a bottle of wine also provided by Jos and Renata. Bed was super comfortable and the shower room perfect. We even took away filled rolls to keep us going during our journey back to the UK. Superb.

Quiet at night, yet just a few minutes out of town by car or taxi. Very 'homely' setting with freshly squeezed juice and berries for breakfast. Recently renovated rooms with high-quality interiors. Very spacious shower. Exceptionally fast and helpful comms with the hosts.

The location in time of this review is very new and looks great. Cosy but modern common space where you get breakfast. And breakfast is an overload! The hosts Renate and Jos are realy nice genuine people that have a good balans of allowing a chat but not being intrusive.
