The middle of everywhere (Cavtat) and yet so private like the middle of nowhere.

This was truly an elegant home from home, plenty of living space in a gorgeous environment, with such helpful and gracious people in charge. Also, it's a good walk, if you're a walker you'll adore it.

Ok...someone else mentioned ants...and they will come in, if you leave open access and food perhaps, but I asked for help and a spray was provided which dealt perfectly with the little critters. They mean no harm. They do a lot of good. They're tiny. But need, perhaps, a little attention to help them keep out. Also, it's a good walk...

Nice garden, large and well equipped apartment.

Difficult to reach. You need to use narrow path and climb on loose gravel. Not accessible with children buggy. For free parking you need to take card from the host and take it back when leaving, meaning running up and down while car is parked outside the parking area.

Great location, beautiful garden, peace and quiet - lizards, turtles and even a hedgehog traversing in the garden at night :-) It was worth climbing the stairs to relax in such wonderland!

Everything was great but for those who like to complain, there is also something - some ants and mosquitoes ;-)

Exceptional

We stayed with my mother for two days in Cavtat after Dubrovnik and we absolutely loved it. Mia (the owner) was so warm and welcoming that we felt more like her guest rather than paying customers. The location is right in the middle of everything but still peaceful and quiet. The place was spacious and clean and the garden was beautiful. We truly recommend this place.

Exceptional

The apartment is part of a bigger house in which the owners also live. The house is beautiful with multi leveled gardens in which olive and fruit trees thrive and this gives such a harmonious feeling to the house. It was a pleasure just to sit there and relax in the evening. The apartment was also very clean and well equipped. It was our starting point of our Dalmatian tour and we were very satisfied. The owners are nice and helpful too.

The apartment is located on a hill overlooking Cavtat. It is not that far from the parking but if you have many bags it could get uncomfortable taking them up. For a short stay i would just take the necessary and leave the rest in the car.

Wonderful stay

Truly remarkable stay in this renovated apartment in a villa originally built in the 17th century. Mija is a wonderful host, she went above and beyond to make my short stay pleasant, very personal approach. The location is really in the middle of everything, beaches, great pathway along the coastline, shops, restaurants, bus station, a couple of minutes away from the action, yet it is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is stylish and fully equipped, the garden is great. Mija's welcome drink was top.

Can't realy think of anything, wish I could stay longer. The villa is on a slight hill so some exercise may be required if you come with big luggage. Not the case for me.
