Fantastiskt fint område med badplatser, restauranger, affärer, parker och grönska mm. Man skulle vilja bo här själv! Boendet har en insynsskyddad uteplats som är trevligt att sitta på morgon och kväll i skuggan.
Vi bodde här under den varma perioden så fläkten räckte inte till. Under kvällen fick man sval luft in om man öppnade fönster och dörr, men huset ligger i ett hörn av huvudvägen med mycket högljudd trafik, så man vill stänga på natten.

Great location close to Takapuna, though be aware it is right on Lake Road so there will be road noise.
Greater attention to cleanliness required... Although the place was well presented, we didn't feel like it had a proper clean for some time; e.g. stains on cushions and the back of roller blind clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time.

Vicinity, privacy.
Easy access to Auckland city from Takapuna via ferry or car.
No laundry facilities or iron available but there is a laundromat down the road.
Quite a step up into the bathroom that might make it difficult for those with mobility issues- not a concern for me but good to be aware of.

Location was great
No Off street parking after phoning to confirm that they did have it.
Very noisy location corner of Lake road and Bayview road. One of the busiest roads in Auckland.
We could not connect to NZTV not sure why.
