Budget accom - adequate for a short cheap stay.

Great location - easy walk to main areas of the city. It’s on the quieter side of the city so not a lot of noise at night. It’s a fairy good price, no frills.

The bathroom smelt musty with a hint of cigarette smoke. The shower floor didn’t feel clean. The cleaner didnt top up my coffee station properly the second night, so no sugar, no milk. No cutlery to eat takeaways - only one teaspoon. Service desk was not friendly.

Strong mould smell in room

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great location. A short walk to Queen Street.

Our room smelt very strongly of mould,. There was mould on the windowsill and in the bathroom. It irritated my throat. There was no milk in our fridge for coffee and no obe on receptiin at 8:30am to ask for milk. The reception area smelt very strongly of cooked food, probsbly made by guests in the shared kitchen. No option for a late checkout unless you paid extrs.

Prices had been hiked considerably for events that weekend, so we expected more for the price. Felt more like a prison cell - room was tiny, with one barely opening window looking at a very close block wall.

Close to CBD & place we had to drop our rental car back the next day. Great to have secure parking. Lovely big bathroom!

Very nice area, close to the center. The room was equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Nice and friendly staff.

We stay at the apartment on the ground floor next to the kitchen where the staff eat. The smell of their cooking wasn’t quite pleasant.

The location was great. Beds comfy. Good price.

Only one window in the room and the catch was broken. Dated, no wardrobe, just 2 mugs and a spoon. Had a feel of being a backpackers but we had our own bathroom. Strong smell of curry, fortunately not in the rooms.

Really close to bottom of Queen St for busses, trains, supermarkets.The room was all that was needed.

Some other guests talked loudly in the hallway at 4am. Total meat heads with no consideration of quiet hours.

Cheap and Cheerful

Central location very handy to Queen Street and not far if walking to Spark arena. The onsite parking is very affordable at $15 overnight and you are allocated a dedicated park. The price for the room was very reasonable. If you are looking for a base as in somewhere to sleep this is perfect. If you want to spend more time in your room it's possibly less ideal due to room size.

Take a small car as the underground parking is incredibly tight. I have a small hatch back and it was still challenging especially as the car next to our spot parked tight. There was a bollard partially in our spot so we needed to be closer to the person who parked tight. Double bed against the wall isn't ideal for someone lacking mobility who gets up in the night if two people in the bed. Very small room so just somewhere to put your head really.

The most smelly hotel I’ve ever slept it. Would never come back

Seriously nothing. It was an awful experience

The worst thing was the hideous smell, it starts in strong curry and frying smell in the reception and continues to the whole floor and to the rooms upstairs. The rooms were not clean and felt old. The shower was fool of molde and also felt not clean. The walls were thin and we could here the rooms near.
