Location, bathroom, internet and the fact that I can cook and do laundry.
The kitchen cabinets need repair. Dining table is too low relative to chair height, and has spaces between boards that collect crumbs.

It was a perfect home away from home for our 3 night stay. Clean and well equipped, very close to the tram terminus.
The entrance door and corridor were a little shabby but the flat itself was bright and cosy, and spotlessly clean.

The location was excellent. Nice area. Easy to access public transportation, close to a grocery store. It was warm and had plenty of hot water.
The washing machine is out of balance. It really shakes at high spin speed. My guess is that needs to be leveled.
