Matysiak Apartment

The apartment has everything you need, even a PS4. Att the kitchen essentials, iorn, TV etc. Literally everything. Very clean , very spacious, very good location. Top Notch.

The basin in the washrooms were clogged, had to remove the drain filter which we realized could be removed, very late. One of the single bed squeaked a lot and overall bed and mattresses could be a bit better.

The property is very clean and well equipped. Only costs around 10-15 pounds to get to town by taxi. Really nice sea view just a minute away

Our stay at the Edinburgh apartment was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment was beautifully designed, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. It was equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, including a washer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, entertainment facilities, and comfortable living and sleeping spaces. The attention to detail throughout made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was excellent, with easy access to the scenic coastal walk and close proximity to the Newhaven tram stop, making it simple to explore all parts of Edinburgh. The tram stop was only a short 5–10 minute walk away. The owner was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We found the apartment clean, cozy, and finished to a very high standard. Without question, this was the best accommodation of our trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh

Spacious, comfortable and clean. Host is quick to respond and fix things.

It’s a way out from the city however a tram is close and supermarket. The apartment is a cheap build, one shower didn’t work, door handles coming off, heater in the living room didn’t work and the supplies were limited, there was no laundry detergent or body wash.
