Really clean and practical, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner was very responsive when we needed some more bed linen, which we were very appreciative of!
Getting in and out of the building was a bit tricky with one key between 6 people, but we made it work!

Spacious, great view of the river Forth. Good transport links.
6th floor and lift very unreliable, only worked once in 3 days and broke twice.
Poor communication from the host - message sent on first day and never had a reply.
Lack of bowls - only 1 reasonably sized bowl
Lack of pillow, 2 per double bed which were very flat, 1 spare in wardrobe but no pillow cover.
Single bed not made up and wouldn’t have had enough bedding if had been using sofa bed.
No information relating to the hot water and how to use, ran out a couple of times.

Location was close to Edinburgh city & had amazing views over the water.
Facilities were great, everything you need. Toiletries were a great extra. Parking was great & instructions to enter were clear.
Beds were comfortable.

Beautiful views and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Stunning apartment.
It was clean but there was a few little things cleaning wise that could be improved. Thick dust on the back of the bedroom door when we closed them. The en-suite shower has some black mould on the bottom of the shower door. Other than that everything was very clean.
