A straightforward booking, large clean flat with great transport links and amazing views.
We needed extra towels and they were delivered quickly and with no fuss.
Great landlord and easy communication process
Labelling the lockbox that the keys are in would be better than sending a photo of it.
Needs a few more cereal bowls by the way :)

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful area. Mostly have everything you need upon arrival so can immediately start relaxing. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Owner is friendly and helpful.
A small carton of milk, or even a few of the long life pots of milk would have been appreciated as there’s plenty of tea, coffee and sugar but no tea. The single bed was not made up which meant my daughter had to share a bed with me. The hot water had also been switched off via the switches in the cupboard which wasn’t a problem after we figured out why we had no hot water.

Comfortable beds, close to bus station, parking onsite, washing machine, had 2 bathrooms.

Really clean and practical, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner was very responsive when we needed some more bed linen, which we were very appreciative of!
Getting in and out of the building was a bit tricky with one key between 6 people, but we made it work!
