Sunny, Edinburgh City Centre Apartment

The apartment was in a quiet location with easily access to the old town. The apartment was nicely appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Tom, the host made the process easy from start to end. He was welcoming and informative about the local area making it easy to settle in immediately The only issue was the single bed mattress was not comfortable for one guest. We contacted Tom who came and set up the pull out sofa which suited our needs better. The apartment is reached via a spiral staircase with about 40 steps needed to be climbed to access apartment.. this is an important consideration for some people. Thank you Tom for the best accommodation and welcome we have received on our travels.

Tom was an incredible host. Flat was lovely! Felt like we were visiting family. Marshmallow Lady, Hata and Stockbridge were all an easy walk away. Getting groceries at Tescos was an Easy walk as well. Around the back if the property was a great park for kids and a short cut to some great shops. Buses were easy to take to and from the city as well as to the Port of Leith. Only issue we had was the flight of steep stairs, but we’re old! It’s Edinburgh… stairs and hills are everywhere! Bus 8/9 Muirhouse will drop you off right infront of the building!

Beautiful, homely, spacious and clean apartment. Double bed was super comfy. Perfect location for our weekend getaway.

This is where I would live, lovely friendly neighbours, amazing decor and although the Fringe Festival was on it was lovely to stay in such style. Very easy access, gorgeous architecture 10 mins on to Princess Street , The Playhouse but you didn't have walk as far, for several fringe events were just 5 minutes walk, Tescos, pubs, gorgeous bespoke shops & plenty to keep all ages occupied.
