Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to many of Edinburgh’s top attractions.
Thoughtfully designed, the home offers a peaceful retreat after a long day exploring the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and other useful appliances.
The bright living room features a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table.
Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom includes everything you need to freshen up, including a shower, toilet, and sink.
Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience.
The apartment has been professionally cleaned and carefully sanitised to ensure your health and safety.
Please note that animals are not allowed on the property.

Our apartment is located in a fantastic area of Edinburgh, just a short walk from some of the city’s most popular attractions. Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland, and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh are all within easy reach, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
You’ll also find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby, so there’s always something to enjoy right on your doorstep. Edinburgh Waverley Station is also within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore further afield.

A quick note for guests: Edinburgh has introduced a visitor levy (city tax) on all bookings starting from the 24th of July 2026 onwards. This tax will be included in the accommodation price.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.

Good location and comfortable beds and bathrooms with plenty of space we needed for just a couple of nights.

We enjoyed our stay here and got used to the walk to the various places in the city centre we wanted to visit. The walk is a bit convoluted but we found the shortest route by our final day. The apartment was more tired than we expected with stations in the carpet and couch but overall good value for our money. Kitchen was well equipped and two bathrooms was great. Not a bad place to share with friends.

Flat was ok. I had no communication regarding check in so couldn’t find the flat or keys. Had to phone Vrbo and keep them on the phone while they sent me check in info. Flat smelt like Indian spices (like a kebab shop) so much so we had to go buy a candle and air freshener. Cheap toilet roll is no use either
