Proximity to tram stops, washing machine and drying rack for long stay, dishwasher and coffee pot. Roomy kitchen.
Minor issues like needs more cups and glasses, kettle needs button held down to work, apartment door lock was difficult to open (worked out that key turns to left not right, and pull door towards you slightly when unlocking).

Loved the location as it was close to all the amenities we needed, such as public transportation, great restaurants, and grocery stores.
The apartment could use some plumbing and electrical upgrades.
For example the shower was far too small and the water pressure in the apartment was not sufficient.
Additionally, the lighting was very dated.

Absolutely beautiful space. It was a full home with very cool rooms. It was raining so we didn’t get to utilize the terrace sadly as it was so neat!
Directly beside the train route so extremely easy to get anywhere. A full kitchen: oven and microwave and freezer and all. Easy to access.
There was no soap for washing clothes or dishes. We were only there a couple nights so we did without. I’m sure if we reached out to the host we would have gotten it no problem. The walls are thin. You can hear anything happening in the halls. This didn’t bother us but something to be aware of.

L’emplacement pour la commodité des transports en commun. La propreté impeccable.
Installation électrique vielle et un peu défaillante. Le téléviseur trop petit et non smart tv. Il m’a manqué le sèche cheveux.
