The apartment was a perfect place to stay in Florence. It had all the essentials you need including washing machine and clothes dryer and TV. The location was quiet and we felt extremely safe and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and modern, walking distance from and to the train station and tram. The hosts are good with communication and make sure you are comfortable and assist you in a warm and welcoming manner. 10/10 recommend if you are travelling to Florence 👍👍👍
Shower was great but could do with improvement on pressure of the water.

The facilities are great, you could enjoy it as your home. And the coffees capsules are amazing.
If the heating radiators could work, it will be better.
