Appartamento praticamente nuovo, interno rispetto alla strada quindi super silenzioso e tranquillo. Zona residenziale e market Conad a due passi. 10 minuti a piedi dal capolinea Ospedale Careggi della tranvia. Possibilità di posto auto all'interno del condominio. (A noi non occorreva comunque). Host disponibile e tempestiva nella risposte.
Arredamento funzionale ma un pò casuale, dotazioni casa al minimissimo. Per il prezzo pagato forse un pochino di comfort in più non guastava.

Ottimo appartamento, ubicato in zona tranquilla dotato di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni prolungati (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asse da stiro con ferro, stendibiancheria, ampio frigorifero, piano cottura ad induzione, stovigli di ogni genere etc.) arredato con gusto, letto molto comodo e di pregio (tutto in legno massello). La proprietaria (sig,ra Mary) si è dimostrata precisa, comunicativa e molto gentile.
