La atención y ayuda en todo momento (previa y durante nuestra estancia) por parte de Elisa. Muy servicial y empática. Teníamos respuestas inmediatas de su parte ante algunas consultas típicas de personas como nosotras que no conocíamos la ciudad. Y el departamento mejor de lo que se ve en fotos, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar tus días en Florencia, además de la ubicación muy accesible.

Remek helyen van, villamosmegálló jegyautomatával a bejárattal szemben, kis és nagy boltok a környéken, és ami egészen különlegesen jó, hogy egy zárt parkoló udvar van a ház mellett. A felszereltség szuper, minden új, minden tiszta, még egy kis kertecske is tartozik a lakáshoz, ahová ki lehet ülni.

La situació és molt bona, te pàrquing (tot i que li has de pagar en efectiu i va a banda), però és un punt a favor per guardar el cotxe. Està molt nét i és pràctic. El recomano per parelles i famílies de 3.
Realment està molt bé, però perquè encara sigui més fàcil per la persona que hi va faltaria potser algun drap de neteja, fregall i estari amolt bé que hi hagués productes essencials per cuinar (oli, sal)... ja que les persones que hi van moltes venen en avió. Realment l'apartament està molt bé.
