Si bien está lejos del centro, la estación rifreddi está muy cerca, es fácil llegar a sm Novella, hay un supermercado cerca, el barrio es lindo y tranquilo

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, zlokalizowane poza ścisłym centrum Florencji, ale z bardzo dobrym dojazdem (5 minut na stację kolejową i potem 5 minut jazdy pociągiem do centrum). Mili i komunikatywni gospodarze, bezproblemowe zameldowanie oraz wymeldowanie. Dobra cena do jakości. Miłym udogodnieniem jest możliwość korzystania z tarasu.
Jest kilka oznak zużycia mieszkania - drobnostki typu urwana lampka nocna. Przez ściany słychać dużo odgłosów sąsiadów. Z łazienki w małej sypialni pojawiają się niezbyt przyjemne zapachy (chyba takie uroki kanalizacji w starym budynku).
