The proximity to the metro

We booked suite 1 which is bigger, according to the pictures on the website, but ended up in suite 5 upstairs. After being told to go to whitley bay. We wanted ground floor for wheelchair access

Passable

the property was well furnished and ideal for what I needed and where I needed to be as I was on a course near by. Good facilities and everything you need is there.

unfortunately I was unlucky and I got my car broken in to and everything stolen from it. Not through fault of the property just a bad area I guess but upon asking for CCTV I have had no reply. I also got a parking ticket due to no permit being left in the apartment which again is also my fault but unfortunate after being told a permit would be provided

You have a lot of place to put your belonings etc. Clear communication with staff. It's quite clean and comfortable.

Washing machine is very dirty :-( You can't really open the windows because it's ground floor. No dark curtains in the bedroom, no place to put your cosmetics in the bathroom.

The key box was impossible to find because it was not where described. We were shown by a resident who also had the same problem. The shower couldn’t regulate heat. The internet was seriously lacking… No body told us about having to constantly pump money into a parking meter.

Got a parking ticket because not permit was available. Fridge is on its way out, making a racket all night.

Very well renovated property, just be clear on the location

Really nicely furnished and well cared for. Good communication although a day to get the permit which wasn't left in the room. I was unhappy as i felt unsafe on ground floor with open window, on the second day I moved to to Sigma 5 on the second floor. From a safety perspective this was much better. Thank you.

See above, be aware this is on the ground floor. I didnt feel safe for that reason, windows open could have been climbed through. Be aware this is a pretty colourful area, different to Tynemouth and Cullercoats.

Absolute heaven.

I was impressed with all aspects of my stay. It's central location was good therefore easy access to shops etc. Getting to the Metro was just round corner, so getting to places was easy. Although central it was quiet. A very pleasant stay.

For MY stay there was nothing to dislike. The only hiccup was working the key locker but then I am just an idiot. I'm sure others work it out ok.

Cannot fault the cleanliness of this place

Place was lovely and clean, well presented apartment.

There was no bedding left for the sofabed for our son but a quick message through booking.com and it was sorted out.

The fact that although checkout was from 3pm, on our arrival after a 4 and a half hour drive at 445pm, we could not find keys. transpires cleaner was still cleaning and had a full load of washing in the apartment's machine on. Totally unacceptable!!

Nice play to stay at, if you are working in town

Spacious, clean, well positioned, easy to find and no issues in collecting the keys. The beds were comfy and crockery and related were all clean on arrival, with a decently equipped kitchen. The flat was also rather quiet, with very limited noise from the outside

Some darker curtains in the bedroom would help sleeping through the early morning sun.

The flat was warm and comfy.

As I had booked for 2 people for 3 nights, and it said that towels were supplied, I expected at least 2 bath towels. We were supplied with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel.

A very nice apartment. Was looking for a hotel room but came across this apartment. So instead of a room and a chair. Two rooms what more needs to be said!

Excellent apartment very new and convenient for my stay in the North East.

Clean, and well supplied.

Needs a bathroom mirror and the hairdryer was not in the box when we arrived. A few pieces of artwork would help with the ambiance of this excellent apartment
