Pleased with stay

Wifi working, quiet no noise from other people inside the building. Everything in the kitchen working. Oven toaster etc. I saw there were new batteries in the draw, so I replaced the remotes old battery luckily so kids could watch some tv after a long journey. Asda is five minutes walk away. Metro station round the corner and bus garage. Ferry to South Shields is walking distance. Beds were comfortable. Washing machine was working. Was tricky at first to find the lock box but the host answered call and was very friendly and patient with me until I found it and checked in.

Living room is quite big. One electric heater I think there’s another one other side of room but didn’t know if I should switch it on, sofa was against it. Had to keep main room door closed to keep any heat. Not that I dislike just to be more warm more heaters.

Good value for money.

Quiet, well ventilated bedroom with enough space. Good sized open plan dining room/kitchen/lounge. Close to Tyne ferry, Fish Quay, parks.

Slightly rough part of North Shields but once inside, the apartment was great

Brilliant place!

Good location, very close to Tynemouth, local shops and take aways, but it’s in a very quiet area. The flat was spotless, comfortable, warm with a good equipment. The owner is very pleasant and helpful too. 😊

Booked for three people but no pillow or duvet cover provided for sofa bed

A little costly for a 1 bed but a very cosy place to stay.

A little confusing with the keys being on a completely different building which lead to me calling the host to see if we were given the wrong keys or wrong apartment but quickly (1 hour) explained which apartment was the right one and was very understandable about the confusion as "this happens all the time"

There's no instructions on some of the household facilities, such as; the electric radiators. It got very cold with it being practically on the sea front and we had to resort in looking at a online manual to figure out how to warm the apartment.

The apartment was in a good location with all shops and amenities close by. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with lots of added extras in the cupboards.

As we were a family of 3, I expected a sofa bed in the lounge. The bed was very low, however, once in was comfortable.

Central and clean Spacious for a 1 bed apt Lots of things left in to help you along especially if you need a washing machine

Was 2 hot even though no heating on and unable to open the front window as no key The fridge is 2 cold so froze the milk so needs looking at in case faulty Could do with a hoover or brush as the rug moults

It was spotlessly clean, the bedroom lovely. The bathroom was beautiful. Living area ery comfortable.very close to buses and metro.

Superb

Spotlessly clean flat, modern interior, easy-to-use appliances, shower, products and essential food items (cooking oil, salt) all included. Pleasant surprise and not expected, the small touches do make a difference. Very central location in North Shields, close to transport links and shopping.

Mattress was a bit on the soft side for us, but that's just a personal preference. Wifi wasn't the best but again, was not the end of the world.

Superb

So clean, tidy, and welcoming. Great location, only a short walk to the coast, some lovely pubs and eateries. Plus, access to Netflix and Prime. Couldn't ask for more really. Beautiful apartment!

Literally the only thing was that we couldn't get the lamps in the bedroom to come on. But this wasn't much of an issue.

Really clean place! And has all the things you need for a good stay! It was last minute booking and she made it so easy for us and had someone to meet us to drop the keys within 30 mins of Booking
