Very spacious apartment with large private swimmingpool, located on agriturismo not far from Lucca. WIFI. Child-friendly garden and walking distance to a restaurant - and to Lucca itself for those who love hiking.



The apartment is located on the second floor of an antique villa from the 18th century, with private outdoor staircase. The owners live downstairs. The villa is surrounded by the owner's own fields, where they grow olive trees for their high quality olive oil, organic fruit as well as vegetables sold to the surrounding restaurants and marketplaces.



The central location in the hills that divide Lucca from Pisa makes the place suitable for those who want a comfortable base in characteristic surroundings close to all the famous sights in Tuscany. From the villa there is a hiking trail along the Roman viaduct, into Lucca town but there are also other opportunities for hiking in the area.



The place is very child-friendly, with flat lawn that invites to play. The large pool area is fenced off by a beautiful antique stone wall. Inside you will find a well furnishings pool area with sun loungers, parasols and a lounge perfect for a drink after a long day of excursions. The 13 x 6 meter swimming pool with a depth of 1.40 mt. is private and not shared with anyone.



Just below the staircase, outside the pool fence, you have a dining area with an outdoor BBQ where you can prepare the delicious local specialties.



The apartment itself is 140 sqm large and very bright. The beautiful ceilings are with stones and wooden beams and the furniture is simple Tuscan country style.

The apartment is as follows:

from the private outdoor stairs, one comes to the entrance hall, which leads into the heart of the apartment; the very large living-living room, which is lit by large windows on both sides. From here you can enjoy the view of the mountains, which runs north of Lucca. The room is furnished with dining area and sofa corner with 2 sofa beds (sleeps 3) and TV. Separate dining kitchen (large dining table, oven, gas burner, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 refrigerators, toaster, kettle, coffee machine).

One double bedroom, double bedroom with an extra single bed. The bedrooms are on opposite of the living room which ensure privacy if you are two families. 2 bathrooms with shower (hair dryer).
