It is near to the city centre, online check in is available at any time. You don't need any keys or cards, instead everything is done with a code which is sent to your phone. I could ask any questions via WhatsApp and the owner of the hotel helped us at any time. It is a relaxing place to sleep with my family.

There is no elevator and the room was on the 4th floor, but it was OK for us.

The owner is super helpful, always available, answers in a heartbeat. The room is clean and bathroom is big. Wi-fi is strong and the instructions for getting in the building and in the apartment are very clear, modern technology. Good price for what we got.

The bed could be a bit comfier, they could offer some blankets, not just some covers. It is a bit far from the city centre (25 min walk) but we knew that when we booked it.

Very nice room with a balcony. Room was quiet even in spite of railroad crossing nearby. Kitchen was equipped with everything what's needed.

Getting comfort temperature in the room was a bit tricky. Air conditioning was doing either too high or too low. Had to adjust it multiple times a day.

Access to the room using the app was very easy and everything was clean. Very good and easy communication with the landlord using whatsapp. Good location.

The room was very small, all the beds barely fitted into the room. Also the table was very small, even using the kitchen, I wouldn't have space to enjoy my breakfast. It's ok for 1 night, no more.

The room was very clean and the children loved being able to watch YouTube on the TV. The staff is very efficient and helpful. We received clear instructions via WhatsApp to find the hotel and enable the keyless lock and could immediately access the room without wait. And THE BEST PART: I forgot my Kindle in the room and they ensured I got it back without going back to Modena!! Five stars just for the honesty and all the coordination effort to return my Kindle.

The entrance/key system was really smart. The room was clean and quite. The owner was always available for any question and made sure that our stay was comfortable.

Very nice, clean, and cozy room with a minibar. We really appreciated the keyless access where you control everything via your phone. The host Gianluca has been very pleasant and always a handful. You can park your car easily on the street in front of the building. Highly recommended

I liked that the entry to the apartment was digital, that the place was cleaned throughly, the room and bathroom decorated well and modern, the apartment building was maintained so well, wifi and netflix in the TV included etc. Most of all the manager of the place was extremely helpful for any of my requests(needed a grounded plug adapter for my laptop and got it asap), fast in replies through whatsapp, and very friendly and pleasant person to talk to. I really liked the work they put into running the place. Very competent in all dimensions. 10 stars!
